"Itachi, you really are obsessed with protecting your little brother," Uchiha Sora said with a laugh.
Uchiha Itachi paused, but said nothing.
"Looks like we've grown distant in the time we've been apart." Uchiha Sora shrugged.
Just then, Uchiha Fugaku appeared before them.
"Sora, what brings you here?" Fugaku looked utterly surprised by Uchiha Sora's arrival.
"I have something to discuss with you. Let's find somewhere safe to talk," Uchiha Sora said.
"What is it? Can't you explain it here?" Itachi asked with a frown.
Fugaku glanced at his son without saying a word.
"All right, then I'll get straight to the point!" Uchiha Sora looked at Itachi and said, "You should know that Danzo won't tolerate the Uchiha Clan, and the Third Hokage has tacitly approved of his stance. The Uchiha Clan has already reached a dead end."
After a pause, Uchiha Sora glanced at Fugaku and continued:
"When I left Konoha, I wasn't confident I could protect the Uchiha Clan. But now, you should have seen for yourselves that Konoha can't do anything to me. The best way forward for the Uchiha Clan is no longer a coup, nor is it staying with Konoha, a great tree whose roots have already rotted. Following me and joining me is the only path to a future for the Uchiha Clan!"
"That's why I've come here-to give the clan one last chance!"
After hearing him out, Uchiha Fugaku and Itachi exchanged a glance.
"Sora, it isn't that simple," Fugaku said. "You should know that too many people in the clan don't want to leave Konoha. Not everyone will approve of your idea."
Uchiha Sora shook his head. "I don't need everyone's approval. I only need some of you to agree, especially you and Itachi."
Both men fell silent at his words.
