After further discussion, the Third Hokage still refused to hand over Yakushi Nonō and Tenzo. He merely raised the monetary offer from one billion to five billion and said he could revoke the warrant for Uchiha Sora's arrest.
Five billion ryo was an enormous sum. After all, the hundred-million-ryo bounty Konoha had placed on Uchiha Sora had already caused a huge stir outside the village.
