Luo Bin helped the Old Miao King defeat Miao Zi and White Oak, then left Three Perils Mountain to search for Xu Lu and Bai Xian in the Tibetan Lands. There, He Dongsheng captured Miao Yun and Miao Tu, and Luo Bin followed a trail into a mountain prison as he tried to uncover who was pursuing him.

• Luo Bin used the Miao King's Ocarina to stir the gu worms at Three Miao Cave, then joined Fourth Master Gray and the black-gold toad in defeating White Oak and Miao Zi.
• The Old Miao King emerged as a Yang Spirit, helped subdue Miao Zi, and explained that the Great Pill had purified the evil Pill Corpse while its vitality kept his body alive.
• Luo Bin oversaw White Oak's Corpse Liberation, but lightning destroyed White Oak before he could reveal where the Jade Clarity Peak Master was imprisoned.
• Luo Bin returned to Thousand Miao Village, freed the grave gu, and left with Miao Yun to find Xu Lu and Bai Xian after learning that Divine Firmament Mountain's troubles continued.
• Luo Bin learned that He Dongsheng had killed Huang Bing and captured Miao Yun and Miao Tu, then traveled with Miao Tu into the Tibetan Lands to search for a reincarnated Living Buddha.
• A Thangka led Luo Bin toward a mysterious person, and he pursued a disfigured fugitive before being surrounded by armed lamas and drawn into a strange mountain filled with ghosts and visions of executions.
• Luo Bin escaped a ghostly prison with blood and a talisman, realized Miao Tu had been possessed, and deduced that He Dongsheng held Miao Tu's body and Huang Bing's soul.
• Luo Bin calculated the mountain's hexagram layout, identified it as an Execution and Punishment Prison, and searched its buildings for a place to draw out the person following him.

Luo Bin pursued He Dongsheng while uncovering Gonpo’s identity and escaping the Five Lama Court with Xu Lu and Bai Xian. The group reached Fuding Village to ambush He Dongsheng, where Xu Lu killed Feng Jun and He Qin after exposing their treatment of the village’s dead.

• Luo Bin lured He Dongsheng into a trap, drove his soul from his body, and nearly destroyed it before Buddhist lamas intervened and the Seventeenth Rinpoche attacked He Dongsheng.
• Luo Bin joined forces with the Seventeenth Rinpoche and the Offering Family, rescued Miao Yun, and returned to the tower, where he learned that Gonpo was Kong An in disguise.
• Gonpo arranged for the Offering Family to kill the Seventeenth Rinpoche, then confined Luo Bin at Daren Lama Temple while Xu Lu and Bai Xian helped him escape.
• Luo Bin and his companions fled the temple, learned that Gonpo had eaten Little Gray Spirit, and set out to expose him to the Five Lama Buddhist Court.
• Lamas ambushed the group with charging wild yaks, but Luo Bin, Bai Xian, and the Miao sisters fought them off before an unseen force rescued Luo Bin from jade-colored mist.
• After failing to find Lama Agong, the group drove toward Daxiang City, and Miao Tu proposed waiting at He Dongsheng’s home to ambush him.
• Luo Bin’s group entered Fuding Village and accepted lodging from Lin Jin and Zhao Ni, while Luo Bin noticed troubling signs in their faces and Zhao Ni’s pregnancy.
• At the village temple, Xu Lu exposed Feng Jun and He Qin’s treatment of the dead, then killed both of them and pointed out a statue of a pregnant woman.

Luo Bin and his allies entered Fuding Village’s haunted mountain to find the stone brain, clashing with the Lesser Earth Aspect Taoist Grounds as the mountain collapsed. They escaped with the stone brain and reached the Talisman Arts Lineage, where Luo Bin released a dangerous Water Ghost and Xu Lu’s absence left him uneasy.

• Luo Bin and his allies found the female corpse controlling Fuding Village’s souls, then waited for He Dongsheng and killed him after he arrived.
• Xu Lu led the group to the cave behind Eastwatch Mountain, where Shangguan Xingyue and her companions sought the stone brain and the trapped group triggered the Mountain of Blades Prison.
• Luo Bin and Bai Xian fought Underground Palace disciples in the cave as Xu Lu tried to stabilize the cracking mountain, while Shangguan Xingyue and Fang Jinyan escaped with the corpse-liberated immortal’s head and stone brain.
• Luo Bin disrupted the Lesser Earth Aspect Taoist Grounds’ attack on Shangguan Xingyue and Fang Jinyan, and He Younian died after Luo Bin and Shangguan Xingyue’s deity attacked his Yin Spirit.
• Eastwatch Mountain collapsed, but Luo Bin’s group found Xu Lu and Bai Xian alive in the dragon yin water and recovered the stone brain.
• Xu Lu brought Luo Bin and the others to the Talisman Arts Lineage, where he revealed Luo Bin’s Primordial Calculation inheritance to Xu Changzhi.
• Luo Bin released the Water Ghost from the carved pit, then subdued it with a strange turtle and a peachwood sword before it entered his Human-Skin Garment.
• Luo Bin rested at the Talisman Arts courtyard, but Xu Lu failed to return after discussing separation, leaving Luo Bin suspicious.

Luo Bin and Bai Xian raced to recover Xu Lu’s severed soul as the Little Earth Aspect Lineage attacked the Talisman Arts Lineage. Luo Bin’s divination altered Xu Lu’s fate and helped him resist possession, while upheaval spread through the Taoist Grounds and Luo Bin discovered an unknown soul inside Xu Jiuqu.

• Luo Bin refused to leave the Talisman Arts Lineage without seeing Xu Lu, but Xu Changzhi escorted him and Bai Xian out after explaining that Xu Lu had to choose his future.
• Xu Shanding took Xu Lu up the mountain to split his soul, while Luo Bin and his companions crossed the Blood Moon–haunted river toward Ghost Mountain.
• Luo Bin and Bai Xian returned to the ritual grounds, where Xu Jiuqu revealed that the Sacrifice Ghost had taken part of Xu Lu’s soul and asked Luo Bin to help recover it.
• Luo Bin and Bai Xian found the Sacrifice Ghost, but the Ghost Ferryman seized Xu Lu’s soul fragment, forcing them to seek Xu Lu’s body instead.
• He Huangdao and two Yin Spirit patriarchs attacked Xu Lu, and one patriarch began possessing him while Xu Sangang tried to defend him.
• Luo Bin used a hexagram to divine Xu Lu’s fate and, with Mao Yousan’s help, completed it despite the strain, breaking the possession pressure.
• Xu Shanding arrived and trapped one Yin Spirit, while Xu Sangang’s reanimated head attacked He Huangdao, and Xu Lu then began drawing a talisman to resist another possession attempt.
• Luo Bin returned to the courtyard with Bai Xian and Fourth Master Gray, struck down a Shadow Ghost disguised as Xu Jiuqu, and used the Heavenly First Purple Flower Lantern to reveal an unknown soul inside the real Xu Jiuqu.
