She then traveled with her companions to the Dust-Forgetting Sect, where they became entangled in Jiang Xia’s family troubles and prepared Elder Whitebrow for the Flower God Festival.

• Yun Xi learned the white spirit’s devil pill-refining art, while Lan Yue broke the sixth-floor formation and was pulled into a new trial.

Lan Yue exposed the Devil Race’s scheme at the Greenstone Sect and helped save its possessed disciples. The group then returned to the Southern Spirit Sect, where Lan Yue’s gossip revealed the Scarlet Moon Sect Master’s past and her connection to Teng Snake.

• Yuan Shuo and the others performed as Holy Light Pretty Girls, accidentally frightening Devil Race intruders into retreating and exposing their leader.
• Lan Yue exposed Zhou Zhuo’s scheme to kill Liu Qiaoqiao, his use of Gu Insects to control Zhou Wu, and his alliance with Jiao Jiao, who was revealed as a Devil Race member.
• Lan Yue joined Elder Duanmu and her companions in investigating the Greenstone Sect, where her deductions identified Ling'er as the Devil Race agent behind the possession plot.
• Ling'er freed the parasites and sent the possessed disciples after Lan Yue, but a golden formation weakened the demonic energy and allowed the elders to capture two powerful foes.
• Lan Yue and Yun Xi sold Hair-Growth Pills made with rare ingredients to bald disciples, then searched for ways to awaken the unconscious Greenstone Sect members.
• At the Southern Spirit Sect, Lan Yue studied formations and earned gossip points while uncovering the Scarlet Moon Sect Master’s past as a demon king in the Eastern Region.

Lan Yue’s gossip drew Teng Snake into the Southern Spirit Sect and helped the sect prepare for the Northern Region tournament, where she uncovered a Devil Race plan involving a spirit sealed beneath the North Ridge Sacred Ground. The arc ended with the Holy Lord learning that Yu Xiu had helped create the Sacred Water before the sacred land condemned and imprisoned him.

• Teng Snake heard that Yueyue might be alive, took the Netherworld Lamp, and searched for her while Wan Xing reunited with Red Moon at the Southern Spirit Sect.
• Lan Yue feasted on sect gossip, learned about Dazhuang’s space-traveling Nine-Spirit Cat bloodline, and trained with her companions for the Four-Region Grand Competition.
• Lan Yue discovered that Teng Snake was staying at the sect and persuaded him to wait for Red Moon, then brought him along when the Southern Spirit Sect traveled to the Northern Region tournament.
• At the Holy City, Lan Yue’s group encountered the Black Snake Sect, and Baili Xingzhou escorted them to the North Ridge Sacred Ground.

The arc ended as the sects prepared to open the Heart-Questioning Bridge while the North Ridge Holy Lord worried that the missing Holy Son had not learned his daughter had appeared.

• Lan Yue cleared the Ten-Thousand-Year Vengeful Spirit’s name, and the spirit restrained the devils before dispersing into a bead in the Sacred Water Pool.
