Arc 25The Door War

Ke Meng traced the Door Organization’s headquarters, broke through its defenses, and killed Sect Master Jin for good. He rescued Chen Momo and Mrs. Chen, destroyed the organization’s remaining forces, then traded away memories of Cthulhu and the system before falling asleep and dreaming as Cthulhu.

  • Ke Meng discovered that the black jade held a Door key, learned more about Cthulhu and the Witch Cult, and trained his students to make jade that eased mental pollution.
  • Ke Meng returned to Whale City, raised his spirituality to a new level, and learned from Blue Star’s will that his system’s plunder rule took resistance and exposed him to Cthulhu’s influence.

He defeated the Lord of Shadow Stream, reshaped the Door Organization’s doctrine, and ended the arc with his poison mist killing a leveling party that vowed revenge.

  • Ke Meng helped adventurers fight the First Playthrough Boss, recovered his memories from the Crystal Memory Bottle, and decided to pursue a virtual game helmet so he could grow stronger while retaining a choice about the Ancient God Seal.

  • Ke Meng poisoned Many-Faced Valley, obtained Faceless Masks, and destroyed the Face Mountains with a meteor before evading the players hunting him.
  • Ke Meng met Nara and Nina, learned they had given him the Shadow-Grasping Hand, and later poisoned Redstone Plateau, creating A Meng Poison that spread through knowledge of his name.
