"GRAAAH!" Suddenly, the giant Green Poison Bat Beast roared within the red vortex. With a boom, red light flared, and a red beam even thicker than Dong Santong's white beam shot out to clash head-on with it.
BOOM! The red and white beams collided with an earth-shaking explosion. White and red light splashed in every direction, illuminating the entire cavern and whipping up a swirling vortex of mingled colors. The red beam forcibly pushed the white beam back toward Dong Santong. In terms of the depth of his magic power, Dong Santong still fell far short of his opponent.
"This is bad!" Dong Santong cried out, but how could he hold it back? With a thunderous boom, his white beam was knocked aside by the red beam and shot toward one of the cavern walls. Whoosh! The red beam blasted straight toward the dozens of Dong Santong figures. Pop! Pop! Pop! The figures of white light in the air had no time to dodge before the beam blew them apart. Clusters of white light burst open, scattering downward in glittering specks.
"What?" The giant Green Poison Bat Beast in the red vortex cried out in surprise. His attack had actually failed to hit Dong Santong's real body, and he had not even discovered where that real body was. His heart lurched. The enormous red whirlwind had already swept up the remaining figures of white light. With several pops, they exploded and rained down in specks of white light.
BOOOOM!
CRASH! Dong Santong's deflected white beam struck the cavern wall with a deafening explosion. White light flared, blasting a hole dozens of yards across into it, and countless rocks and boulders tumbled down.
