Background / History
Arrival in Eastsea City
Na'er left the Star Dou Great Forest intending to follow the Golden Dragon King's bloodline pull. Lu Guan's ancient, domineering aura drew her off course toward Eastsea City instead, disturbing her fragmented memories and creating a competing attraction 3 23.
Lu Guan rescued her from three thugs in an alley. When she said she had no family, Lu Beixuan immediately took her home as his daughter. Xu Ran welcomed her just as readily, feeding her and treating her as Lu Guan's little sister 5 6.
Training under Leng Yaozhu
Leng Yaozhu noticed that Na'er's aura was no weaker than that of her own Heavenly Phoenix martial soul and offered to take her as a disciple. Na'er initially refused because she would not leave Lu Guan. She agreed only after he explained that Leng Yaozhu could help her visit him during his training in Heaven Dou City 11.
Na'er moved to the Spirit Pagoda Headquarters in Shrek City. Despite their separation, she visited Lu Guan in Heaven Dou City every weekend for three years without fail, reaching rank 27 under Leng Yaozhu's instruction 13 15.
Reunion with Gu Yue
Na'er volunteered to test an exceptional girl with Elemental Control, then panicked upon learning that the girl was Gu Yue. Knowing Gu Yue possessed most of the Silver Dragon King's power, she persuaded Lu Guan to fight in her place and urged him not to hold back 18 19.
Lu Guan won, but Gu Yue's subsequent closeness to him infuriated Na'er. Their private spiritual argument exposed a deeper disagreement: Na'er wanted to exchange her Silver Dragon King origin for the Golden Dragon King's origin and live independently, while Gu Yue insisted that they were destined to reunite and revive the Dragon God 21 23.
When Gu Yue also became Leng Yaozhu's disciple, Na'er was designated her senior sister. She delighted in this advantage, although Gu Yue soon used their master's instruction to “get along” to gain access to the Lu family home 24 26.
Humanity's Fate and the Bloodline Ritual
Inside the Spirit Ascension Platform, Gu Yue proposed confining humanity permanently within a virtual paradise and returning the real continent to soul beasts. Na'er questioned whether humans would accept captivity and withheld agreement to merge with Gu Yue. She considered the proposal preferable to humanity's extinction but said they could discuss it if Gu Yue actually succeeded 29.
Na'er nevertheless cooperated with Gu Yue and Di Tian to reclaim Tang Wulin's Golden Dragon King bloodline. She guided the extraction ritual while Gu Yue and Di Tian fought Tang San's divine mark and Tang Hao. Because part of the bloodline had already fused with Tang Wulin's body, extracting it required drawing out his blood and filtering his marrow 45 47.
After removing the bloodline, Na'er transferred her Silver Dragon King origin to Gu Yue and began replacing it with the golden bloodline. A blood-red light stole roughly one-tenth of the golden bloodline and part of Gu Yue's recovered silver origin. The thief was Lu Guan, though neither girl identified him at the time 48 49.
Search for the Bloodline Thief
Na'er and Gu Yue sensed the Dragon God's aura above Eastsea City and turned back to investigate. Lu Guan concealed his aura before they arrived, preventing them from locating its source 50 51.
Xu Ran encountered the girls during their search and brought them home for dinner. Na'er apologized when Lu Guan scolded her for ignoring his calls, unaware that he had stolen part of her new bloodline. Later, at the Spirit Pagoda Headquarters, she heard Gu Yue attribute the Dragon God aura incident to the Tang Sect 51 59.
Appearance
- Silver hair and purple/violet eyes are her consistently described distinguishing features 6 9 59.
- Fair skin and increasingly striking features become more pronounced after the three-year time skip; her long hair hangs loose down her back 15.
- Clothing includes a pristine white dress when first brought home, a pink dress during an early outing, and a pale-purple dress after the time skip 6 9 15.
Personality
Na'er is affectionate and intensely attached to Lu Guan. She clings to his clothes or arm, seeks his attention, and fears being abandoned when he announces his departure for training. Her attachment remains strong enough to sustain weekly visits across three years 9 11 15.
Her jealousy is especially visible around Gu Yue and Xu Xiaoyan. She guards Lu Guan's personal space, pinches him when suspicious, and appeals to Xu Ran when he rebuffs her. Her schemes frequently backfire: arranging Gu Yue's spar introduces her rival to Lu Guan, while getting him assigned kitchen duty gives Xu Xiaoyan time alone with him 23 25.
Na'er takes pride in her independence and claims to have inherited most of the Silver Dragon King's intelligence. Despite her concern for soul beasts, she refuses to treat reunion with Gu Yue as inevitable and questions the practicality of imprisoning humanity 19 23 29.
She also enjoys food enthusiastically, eating snacks at remarkable speed despite taking dainty bites. Her enthusiasm does not extend to cooking; she admits she cannot cook when trying to interrupt Lu Guan and Xu Xiaoyan in the kitchen 9 25.
Abilities & Skills

Bloodline Extraction and Replacement
Na'er uses rapid hand seals to guide the ritual that removes Tang Wulin's Golden Dragon King bloodline 45 47 48.
- Extracts bloodline power already fused with Tang Wulin's bones and blood, leaving her pale, sweating, and visibly strained 47.
- Releases her Silver Dragon King origin to Gu Yue, strengthening Gu Yue and healing her wounds 48.

- The ritual leaves her vulnerable to theft during the merging process 48.

- Lu Beixuan — Adoptive father. Took her home immediately after hearing that she had no family 5.
- Xu Ran — Adoptive mother. Feeds and clothes her, defends her during disputes with Lu Guan, and brings her home during the bloodline-thief search 6 9 25 51.
- Leng Yaozhu — Master and Spirit Pagoda patron. Recognizes her exceptional potential and arranges her instruction and protection 11 12.
- Gu Yue — Other half of the Silver Dragon King, fellow disciple, and rival for Lu Guan's attention. They disagree over reunification but cooperate in the Golden Dragon King bloodline ritual 23 24 45 48.
- Xu Xiaoyan — Perceived romantic rival. Na'er reacts jealously to her closeness with Lu Guan, even when Xu Xiaoyan is genuinely frightened 25 30 54.
