"Don't underestimate my intelligence network!"
With that, Lu Yun immediately began reciting.
"Your name is Yuji Itadori, you're fifteen, and you grew up with your grandfather in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. Your favorite foods are rice bowls and noodles. You're 173 centimeters tall and weigh eighty kilograms. You've had a physique far beyond the average person's since childhood, and your favorite type of woman is..."
"Th-that's enough, Lu Yun!"
As his personal information spilled flawlessly from Lu Yun's mouth, Itadori's expression gradually shifted from surprise to horror. He hurriedly clapped a hand over Lu Yun's mouth.
"Stop telling us all that irrelevant stuff! I believe you, so just get to the point!"
"Aw, come on. I wanted to learn more about Yuji."
Beside them, Choso seemed reluctant to let it end.
He had missed his little brother's childhood. What a failure he was as an older brother. He needed to learn more about the things Yuji liked.
Lu Yun raised an eyebrow, signaling for Itadori to remove his hand, then asked:
"In that case, fine. Yuji Itadori, do you remember what your mother looked like?"
My mother?
To be honest, Itadori barely remembered either of his parents. For as long as he could remember, he had lived with his grandfather, who had raised him single-handedly.
Closing his eyes, Itadori desperately searched the memories buried deep in his mind.
A hazy memory, seemingly from his infancy, gradually came into focus.
"What is it, Dad? If you're going to talk about her, I'm leaving."
The first face in his memory belonged to a pink-haired man wearing glasses, whose features bore some resemblance to Itadori's.
"Jin, how you live your life is your own choice. But you need to stay away from that woman."
Following the voice, he saw that the old man speaking was his grandfather, still hale and hearty, completely unlike the man Itadori remembered.
The two seemed to be arguing about his mother.
Just then, a third figure pushed open the door and entered, interrupting the conversation between father and son.
It was a gentle-looking woman with black hair that fell past her ears.
Was that his mother?
The woman's face was as pale as a corpse, without a trace of color. Deep within her seemingly gentle eyes lurked a coldness tempered by long ages. And across her forehead was a glaring line of stitches.
There was no mistaking that mark!
Like a fish dragged out of water, Yuji Itadori jolted back to awareness. An intense wave of nausea washed over him, making him stagger back two steps.
"Yuji, what's wrong?"
Seeing this, Choso hurried forward to support his little brother.
Bracing his hands against his legs, Itadori bent over and gulped down fresh air. It took him a while to recover before he said blankly:
"My mother had the exact same stitches on her forehead as that guy."
"It was your mother?!"
Choso's eyes widened.
He had assumed that, like him, Yuji had had his father's body taken over.
"That's right."
Lu Yun snapped his fingers.
"Choso's father was also your mother, Itadori. And, of course, he's also the current 'Suguru Geto.' His true identity is Kenjaku, an ancient jujutsu sorcerer from the same era as Tengen. So the two of you are actually biological brothers with different fathers and mothers!"
The revelation was so overwhelming that both brothers initially stared at each other in disbelief.
To think Choso really was his older brother.
Itadori stood still, joy and sorrow appearing on his face. His lips moved, but no sound came out. At last, his manner turned respectful, and he called out clearly:
"B-big brother!"
"Yu-! Ji-!"
Choso spread his arms and pulled Yuji into a tight embrace.
Itadori had thought he was all alone after his grandfather's death. He had never imagined he still had family left in the world. He hugged Choso back, tears glistening in the corners of his eyes.
"Big brother!"
"Little brother!!"
"Big brother!!!"
"Little brother!!!!"
Watching the two embrace and cry, Lu Yun felt his own eyes grow damp.
What a pair of star-crossed lovers-no, star-crossed brothers.
The brothers had finally recognized each other. Both were a little overwhelmed, but above all, they were delighted.
Knowing he was no longer alone, Yuji Itadori lost a little more of the gloom on his face.
"Yuji, whatever you're going through, I'll shoulder it with you as your big brother."
Patting his little brother's shoulder, Choso made his promise with a solemn expression.
"Yeah!"
Itadori nodded firmly.
Knowing that family stood beside you, offering unwavering support, could often give a person unimaginable strength.
Now that the emotional moment was over, it was time to deal with that guy.
Lu Yun turned his gaze aside, fixing it on the top of the passage connecting two high-rise buildings.
"You've been sneaking around watching us long enough. Isn't it time you showed yourself?"
"Oh dear. Looks like you noticed me after all."
An immense surge of cursed energy poured out from behind the high-rise. A black-haired young man in a white Jujutsu High uniform appeared, standing atop the passage in a strikingly imposing pose.
"I didn't expect my junior Itadori to have someone like you with him. This really is a headache."
That amount of cursed energy might even surpass Gojo-sensei's!
The immense cursed energy seemed to blot out the sky, making both brothers' pupils abruptly contract.
Itadori studied the newcomer closely.
Though the color was different, those clothes had to be a Jujutsu High uniform.
Someone from Jujutsu High?
The brothers were on the same wavelength. Choso had reached the same conclusion.
"Are you Yuji's executioner?"
The young man in white slowly drew a black Samurai Sword from the cloth bag in his hand. Choso instantly realized he had come with hostile intentions.
"That's quite an entrance, Yuta Okkottsu."
No longer holding back, Lu Yun unleashed an immense surge of cursed energy nearly equal to Yuta Okkotsu's.
The two distinct waves of cursed energy clashed evenly, making even the sky change color.
"Oh, you look pretty strong, Mr. Spider-Man."
Okkotsu was a little surprised. Although he had sensed that Lu Yun was powerful, he had been unable to accurately gauge Lu Yun's cursed energy until he fully released his aura.
In terms of total cursed energy alone, aside from Ryomen Sukuna from a thousand years ago, even Satoru Gojo, hailed as the strongest of the modern age, could not match Yuta Okkotsu.
This was the first time Okkotsu had encountered a jujutsu sorcerer with roughly as much cursed energy as himself.
Lu Yun's aura also drew the attention of Itadori and his brother.
Yuta Okkotsu? That was the second-year student at Jujutsu High Fushiguro had mentioned... a Special Grade Sorcerer, just like Gojo-sensei. If Lu Yun's cursed energy was on par with Okkotsu's, didn't that mean he was Special Grade too?!
What?! Two powerhouses?!
Yuji Itadori had never imagined that the strong guy he had casually recruited off the street would actually possess Special Grade strength.
After sensing Okkotsu's immense cursed energy, Choso had been about to tell his little brother to run. But he stopped once Lu Yun released his aura.
If the three of them fought together, didn't they have a chance of winning?
There's only one of him, and three of us. We've got the advantage here.
We'll win!
