Raiden Mei: "What's going on? Weren't you saying earlier that World Serpent's leader was Mobius?"

Pardofelis: "In theory, it should be Sister Snake, but we can't say for sure what happens Fifty Thousand Years later. Besides, if Boss Kevin became World Serpent's leader, that would make sense too."
