Still confined to his hospital bed, Sasuke received information about Itachi. Of course, Itachi had deliberately leaked it to lure Sasuke to him.
"That's the situation, Sasuke. What are you planning to do?" After passing along the news about Itachi, Suigetsu waited for Sasuke's answer.
"I'm going to kill him." Sasuke struggled to climb out of his hospital bed, but Karin, who was beside him, promptly held him down.

Karin's persuasion calmed Sasuke down. She was right-with his body in this state, going now would probably just get him killed. He could only lie back down obediently and recover in peace.
