With Meihui's help (by threatening and bribing Momoshiki), Boruto successfully activated his chakra cloak.

And just like that, Momoshiki Otsutsuki became Boruto's power bank. Feeling the strength coursing through him, Boruto thought, Sarada? I could take on ten of her.
Sarada: Seriously? What's wrong with you? I haven't done anything to you these past couple of days.
Seemingly noticing that something was off with Boruto, Naruto took action.
"You little brat, what are you thinking about? You've been grinning like an idiot for ages."
Naruto eyed Boruto suspiciously. The kid definitely hadn't been thinking anything good. That look was familiar-he used to see it on Sasuke all the time. Whenever that guy got just a little stronger, he thought he was invincible.
Every time, he either got beaten up or was on his way to getting beaten up. Looking at his son Boruto, Naruto felt as though he had inherited Sasuke's ways, and that was not a good thing.
"Boruto, you're in a dangerous state right now. I'm telling you, you'd better not act like this," Naruto urged earnestly.
But that only left Boruto a little displeased.
"This is power. This overwhelming power has me hooked."
Even Momoshiki inside Boruto was trying to talk some sense into him now.
In the Mindscape, Boruto looked at the tightly bound Momoshiki and spoke with some irritation.
"Hey, why did you drag me in here again?"
"You little brat, you'd better behave, or you might get a beating in a minute."
"A beating?"
Boruto was utterly baffled.
But someone soon cleared things up for him.
With a thunk, a large bump rose on Boruto's head.
"Calm down, kid. Can't you control yourself with this little bit of chakra?"
