She had been sleeping soundly when the bed—Ryan's body—jerked.
Sensitive as she was, she woke from her light sleep at once.
"The progress on Snape and Lily Evans, which you were so interested in earlier, has been updated." Ryan spread his fingers. Invisible, intangible magic took physical form, with five alchemical arrays crackling with electric sparks flashing at each fingertip before converging in his palm.
