The day of the Five Kage Summit had arrived. The five Kage of the Five Great Shinobi Villages, the shinobi who stood at the pinnacle of power in the shinobi world, sat around a table.

Fourth Raikage "A"
Fourth Mizukage Karatachi Yagura
Fourth Kazekage Rasa
Even someone like Danzo, who wielded overwhelming power in his village, could only stand behind Hiruzen Sarutobi on this occasion.
This was a meeting where only Kage were entitled to sit, a meeting that could easily determine the course of the entire shinobi world.
Apart from Hiruzen Sarutobi and Ōnoki, the Kage seated there were all new faces.
Fourth Raikage "A," for instance, had never met any of those present before today. He looked like a young man who had only just come of age.
But everyone present recognized the shinobi behind him: Kumogakure's longtime second-in-command, the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Blue B!
The young man seated in that chair was the Third Raikage's son, Ai Yotsuki. After Chihane killed Third Raikage A, the Cloud Ninja had withdrawn completely into the Land of Lightning under Blue B's command.
With the village left leaderless, Blue B had overruled all objections and supported the Third Raikage's son, Ai Yotsuki, as the next Raikage.
Ai Yotsuki had proved himself worthy of that support. He set up an arena in the village and defeated every shinobi who refused to accept him.
