A week had flown by since the battle between Kakashi and Uchiha Itachi.

That night, Chihane had waited at home until Chiriku arrived again. After a friendly, "heart-to-heart conversation," Chiriku had yielded to Chihane's virtuous persuasion, accepted his invitation to join Konoha, and become a proud Konoha genin.
Today, after his usual morning workout, Chihane headed to ANBU for breakfast as always.
As he passed the director's office, he spotted Minato Namikaze inside, happily humming as he worked through his paperwork.
Minato Namikaze usually wore a smile every day and always seemed cheerful.
But seeing him so delighted that he was even humming was rare indeed.
Chihane walked into the office and went straight to Minato Namikaze's side, only for something puzzling to happen.
Minato Namikaze seemed not to notice him at all. He remained seated, staring intently at what he held.
And what he held wasn't an ANBU document, but a sheet of Chakra Paper.
Could an ordinary sheet of Chakra Paper really make a top-tier fighter with senses as sharp as Minato Namikaze's lose all awareness of his surroundings? That was unbelievable!

Seeing Minato still staring at the paper with a silly grin, Chihane couldn't help coughing in puzzlement to let him know he was there.
Only after hearing Chihane did Minato Namikaze notice him standing nearby.
Then Minato Namikaze immediately shared his joy with Chihane. "Chihane, Kushina's pregnant! I'm going to be a father!"
He also waved the Chakra Paper in his hand as he said, "Do you think this child will inherit my talent for ninjutsu, or Kushina's Sealing Jutsu?"
"Ah, I'll definitely teach him my Spiraling Flash Super Round Dance Howl Style Three. He's going to become an amazing ninja! How about having you be his teacher, Chihane?"
