Su Jiu and Chu Luohen conquered the Ice-Melting Cave, then returned to a world where the Azure Tide Sect had been devastated and the Heavenly Dawn Sect was hunting its remnants. Lou Sheng recounted how Chong Mo betrayed True Lord Pinglan and how the sect lost Ye Wanqing, leaving Su Jiu with the full account of the past six years.

• Su Jiu and Chu Luohen defeated the Snow Sprite with the Node Seal, and Su Jiu accepted it as a contracted servant before leading the Medicine King Valley elders through the Ice-Melting Cave.
• Su Jiu left Medicine King Valley with Qi Song, secretly helped two Azure Tide Sect disciples under attack, and learned that their sect had lost most of its resources.
• At the auction, Su Jiu saw Ding Fen and Lou Sheng, learned the Heavenly Dawn Sect was targeting the Azure Tide Sect over her cultivation method, and agreed to return with Lou Sheng.
• Lou Sheng introduced Su Jiu to his two disciples, then Chong Mo and Ding Fen discussed using Ye Wanqing to lure Su Jiu into a trap.
• Lou Sheng brought Su Jiu back to the diminished Azure Tide Sect and explained that Chong Mo had arranged the poisoning of True Lord Pinglan’s feast before revealing himself as a demonic cultivator.
• Chong Mo attacked True Lord Pinglan, but Lou Sheng and the Azure Tide Sect disciples fought him, and Ye Wanqing used her weakened body to shield True Lord Pinglan.
• True Lord Pinglan gave Lou Sheng his thumb ring and named him sect master before dying, while Chong Mo and Ye Wanqing disappeared and the Heavenly Dawn Sect continued attacking the Azure Tide Sect.
• Lou Sheng told Su Jiu how the sect had been driven into decline over the previous six years as dawn approached.

Su Jiu reunited with Ouyang Yanyu, rescued Ye Wanqing, and learned that the Hongsheng Heavenly Road held both a missing part of the Chong Household’s art and a chance to uncover her curse. As rival factions gathered, Su Jiu and her companions entered the golden vortex, which drew cultivators into it before vanishing.

• Su Jiu found Ouyang Yanyu in Pumpkin Town, learned why she had stayed away, and promised to help rescue Ye Wanqing.
• Su Jiu and Chu Luohen broke into the Heavenly Dawn Sect’s dungeon and freed Ye Wanqing, who returned to Lou Sheng and Ouyang Yanyu.
• Su Jiu won Lai Laoliu’s dice game and paid to learn that the missing half of the Chaotic Life-Birthing Art was on the Hongsheng Heavenly Road.
• The Old Master revealed that Su Jiu’s Sealing Curse would destroy her innate gift within forty years, and Su Jiu vowed to reach the Spirit Transformation Stage and expose its caster.
• The Heavenly Dawn Sect and Rogue Cultivator Alliance joined forces as the factions gathered for the Hongsheng Heavenly Road.
• Su Jiu entered the golden vortex with Chu Luohen, Qi Song, Ye Wanqing, and Ouyang Yanyu, while Lou Sheng and others followed.
• After the expected road failed to appear, more cultivators entered the shrinking vortex, which disappeared on the seventh day.

Su Jiu uncovered the danger of the Hongsheng Heavenly Road, confronted Ding Fen and Sect Master Jiang’s schemes, and led the Azure Tide Sect into the Inner Region as the Outer Perimeter collapsed. The group arrived safely, but cultivators began splitting off while Su Jiu searched for the palace.

• Su Jiu spared a young Fire Banner Bird, then accepted gifts from its parents and continued through the fire-rich forest with Fang Xing.
• Su Jiu and Fang Xing rescued cultivators and confronted the Rogue Cultivator Alliance and Heavenly Dawn Sect, while Su Jiu killed a disciple who threatened Lou Sheng.
• Su Jiu challenged Ding Fen’s opposition to reconnecting the worlds, learned that a moving lake led to the Inner Region, and followed Ding Fen to it.
• At the lake, Su Jiu and the others uncovered Chong Mo’s history with Ding Fen and Sect Master Jiang, and Chong Mo killed Jiang Ji’an, and Su Jiu killed Ding Fen.
• Su Jiu and Chu Luohen opened the lake passage and entered the Inner Perimeter with the Azure Tide Sect as demon beasts flooded in and the Outer Perimeter collapsed.
• Su Jiu led the survivors away from the arrival point and searched for the palace, while several cultivators chose to leave the group and gather spirit plants.

Su Jiu led the cultivators through the Palace’s deadly trials, uncovering its layered formations, illusions, demon beasts, and Blood Pool. The Demonic Beast went into the pool to retrieve the red stone that could break the barrier, while Chong Mo and Ye Wanqing ended their ties.

• Su Jiu led her followers to the Palace as demon beasts attacked the cultivators who stayed behind, then warned that only suitable cultivators should touch the White Jade Stone Pillars.
• Su Jiu and Chu Luohen activated the pillars, drove off the demon beasts, and opened the Palace after unraveling its formations.
• Inside the Palace, Su Jiu and Chu Luohen faced eight demon beasts, then passed through an illusion to reach the Second Level.
• Su Jiu identified the cauldron as the entrance to the Third Level while the cultivators attacked its barrier and resisted voices urging them to offer sacrifices.
• Blood Demons rose from the Spirit-Severing Blood Pool, and Su Jiu and Chu Luohen fought them as the statues began to break free.
• Su Jiu and Chu Luohen killed a powerful Blood Demon, and Su Jiu forced a captured Demonic Beast to reveal that a red stone from the pool could break the barrier.
• The Demonic Beast entered the pool to retrieve the red stone and the transformed cultivator, while Su Jiu explained how demon crystals changed cultivators into Demonic Beasts.
• Ye Wanqing told Chong Mo that the Azure Tide Sect would stop pursuing him, ended their ties, and Chong Mo agreed.
