So this had been that man's real aim all along-with no Safe House at night, the players had no time to rest. To stay alive, they could only keep running without a moment's pause, evading the roaming dead players. But human energy was limited, and without time to rest, the day would inevitably come when they exhausted it.
They could still spend their points, buying medicine to treat injuries and food to replenish their strength when they grew hungry or thirsty, but their points were not unlimited either. Sooner or later, they would run out. Worse still, with the rides now closed, they had lost their means of earning more points and could only burn through their reserves.
Besides, the players' nerves were constantly stretched taut. In the end, they might suffer a mental breakdown before the roaming players even attacked.

The surveillance screens still standing along the roads, diligently broadcasting footage from every part of the amusement park, were indeed there for the players to use. Their purpose, however, differed from Bo Yi's initial guess-they were not there to show players where the roaming dead players were so they could avoid them. They were there to help anyone intent on ending this game quickly locate the other players.
The "Clown" certainly lived up to his name. After all that elaborate pretense, he was still forcing the players to slaughter one another.
