Clad in black robes, Lynn threw a fierce punch. The strength laws surging over his fist instantly blasted away the several Origins charging at him with lightning speed.
He leaped up, and sharp, pointed tentacles erupted from the ground beneath his feet, tearing through the earth.
He frowned.
He hovered high in the air amid the howling winds.
Below him, the Origins who had attacked him still looked utterly bewildered. Soon, that bewilderment turned to fear. Lynn could vaguely sense their struggles, but when they opened their mouths, no sound came out, as though their wills could no longer control their bodies at all.
It was as though invisible strings held them like puppets.
"The Dollhouse."
Lynn's gaze flickered.
He spoke that name.
Below, an enormous Origin suddenly raised his head. His eyes were filled with fear, but his mouth opened against his will, producing a hoarse voice.
"I never expected that even the Captain would prove no match for you in the end."
At that moment.
Lynn finally confirmed her identity. He secretly breathed a sigh of relief, but still did not reveal who he was. Instead, his eyes flickered as he said:
"So you intend to wear me down one opponent at a time? What? Do you want to kill me that badly? Don't forget, you lost to me not long ago."
The Origin said hoarsely:
"The Captain has fallen. No one here is a match for you anymore."
"But I will not allow you to destroy the order and authority we worked so hard to establish. Whoever you are, now that things have reached this point, war is our only option."
"Either Dark Night City unifies this Hell, or we fall to you and you kill every last one of us!"
