Clicking on it brought up various specifications and videos simulating its destructive power.
Watching the simulation of it blasting through the Red Line, Bullet's eyes gleamed with excitement:

Enel said:
"Of course."
"Barring outside interference, the simulation is over ninety-nine percent accurate."
"Based on our analysis of all known island data, no matter what an island is made of..."
"None of them can withstand it."

"Every one of them can destroy the world."

Sakazuki studied the long list on the screen, along with the rough budget for a version scaled down a hundredfold, and frowned deeply:
"I was getting ahead of myself."

After paying the soldiers' expenses and setting aside some reserves, there was hardly anything left of the military funding the World Government allocated to the Navy each year, and none of it could be diverted.
The construction funds they had collected consisted entirely of what Sakazuki and the Navy soldiers at the Four Blues branches had saved over the years.
But even investing all of it would not be enough. Some materials were simply unavailable, while others were strictly controlled by the government.
There was no good way to obtain them.
Enel looked helpless:
"We'll have to strip it down."

"Can you separate the components now?"
Enel nodded:
