But he quickly steadied himself. He wrapped the lightning in his left hand with Haki and increased his output, keeping Enel tightly bound.

Enel pushed aside the rubble pinning him down.
Blood seeped from the corners of his mouth, his eyes, and his ears, making for a horrifying sight.

His right arm hung limply. The diving blow from ten thousand meters up had broken it outright.
But he gripped the break with his left hand, using lightning to stimulate his flesh alongside Life Return. His body grew a little thinner, and the bones in his right arm temporarily knitted together, allowing him to move it.
He would still need time to recover if he wanted it completely healed, but he clearly had no chance to do that now...
The Haki-coated lightning wrapped around his left arm had not dissipated. Dispelling it was difficult; Kaido's Haki was far stronger than Enel's.
