Who's-Who, the leader of the Flying Six, hesitated before speaking:
"Haven't there always been five of us... boss?"
The others around him nodded in agreement.
Kaido narrowed his eyes slightly, staring expressionlessly at the Flying Six.
The atmosphere in the meeting room grew even more oppressive...
At last, Kaido realized where the irritation inside him had come from.
It was the seat beside Ulti, one of the Flying Six. Where had it come from? He had no memory of it, yet there was an extra empty seat...
His gaze had kept passing over it unconsciously, until everyone said that the Flying Six only had five members.
Only then did he realize the source of that eerie discrepancy. If there were only five of them, why would he have named them the Flying Six...?

An ominous feeling stirred in Kaido's heart. His voice was ice-cold:

"Bring me the roster..."
King looked a little puzzled, but still replied:

He turned and left, transforming into a Pteranodon and soaring out of the Conference Hall.
No one in the hall dared breathe too loudly. They waited in silence.
A moment later, King flew back in his Pteranodon form, landed, and returned to human form. He held out a roster to Kaido.
Kaido swept his gaze over the Flying Six and said bluntly:
"Call the roll for the Flying Six."
King drew the roster back, opened it, and read the names in order:
"Who's-Who."
"Here."
"Maria."
"Here."
"Sasaki."
"Here."
"Ulti."
"Here."
"Page..."
Before he could finish the name, shock spread across King's face, and he looked up at Kaido in disbelief.
Understanding dawned on Kaido. He reached out, took the roster from King, and read that name in an icy voice:
