Carol appeared out of thin air, then turned transparent and vanished.

Carol checked his target with Observation Haki and confirmed that nothing was amiss.
Taking the invisible modified Mihawk with him, he teleported into the bar, which had already closed.
In the back room,
Blueno's eyes snapped open as he lay in bed.
The instant Carol grabbed his wrist, the CP Agent, who had trained since childhood, woke with a start.
It was the first time anyone had gotten so close without him noticing. The intruder clearly meant him harm. Blueno's mind raced as he kicked upward at an unnatural angle:

Blueno had barely raised his foot when he vanished along with the invisible Carol and modified Mihawk.
The gulf in strength rendered the CP Agent's years of rigorous training utterly useless. He was taken away without the slightest chance to resist.
