The Anti-Yuanfang Bomb

After leaving Mai, Yuanfang raced through the forest like a horse freed from its reins.

He remembered Mahito and the others attacking Jujutsu High in the original story. If events followed their normal course, Hanami was probably already in the forest.

Along the way, Yuanfang caught sight of the others fighting, but he had no intention of joining in.

After all, if he got involved, the fights would probably become completely one-sided.

Especially with his steel-hard physique-only Itadori and Todo could put up a fight against him. The others simply couldn't compare.

"Oh? You actually came looking for me!"

Sensing the fluctuations of cursed energy beyond grade one coming from the forest ahead, Yuanfang knew without even guessing that it had to be Hanami.

And he was right. Hanami, with tree roots growing where her eyes should have been, slowly emerged from behind a tree, a terrifying aura surrounding her.

Satoru Gojo and the others in the monitoring room noticed something was wrong, too.

Boom!

The two stared at each other for a second before countless sharp roots erupted behind Hanami, shooting toward Yuanfang like arrows loosed from a bow!

Unfortunately, the moment they came within twenty meters of Yuanfang, the roots vanished without a trace, as if by magic. The roots charging in behind them met the same fate, as though they had entered a world of nothingness.

"It seems Mahito was right!"

Although Yuanfang couldn't make out what Hanami was saying, he could understand what she meant.

The sensation was truly bizarre. This terrifying-looking creature actually had such a lovely, mature woman's voice!

If she had been a gorgeous woman, Yuanfang might not have had the heart to attack her, even if she was a cursed spirit.

Seeing Yuanfang standing quietly without attacking her, Hanami tried again, sending even more roots at him. Unfortunately, it was all in vain.

Yuanfang kept shouting inwardly:

More, more! This cursed energy feels incredible!

Unfortunately, Hanami wasn't stupid either. Knowing she was merely wasting her cursed energy, she stopped attacking.

"Why did you stop?"

With a faint smile on his lips, Yuanfang looked at the seemingly silent Hanami and asked curiously.

Hanami didn't answer him. The roots beside her writhed like snakes, twisting into a mass as though wrapped around something mysterious.

At the sight, an inexplicable sense of danger rose in Yuanfang's heart.

As the roots parted, a dark bundle appeared beside Hanami. She reached inside it and seemed to press something.

Then she lifted the bundle and began spinning it rapidly.

Bang!

The large bundle shot from her hand like a bullet, hurtling toward Yuanfang as fast as lightning!

As the bundle approached, that sense of danger followed it, drawing ever closer to Yuanfang.

Yuanfang immediately dodged sideways, doing everything he could to get away from the dangerous object!

Boom!

An enormous explosion thundered through all of Jujutsu High, as though it would devour everything. Everyone currently fighting couldn't help turning toward the blast.

The enormous, fiery-red mushroom cloud resembled a blooming flower of death. Even from this far away, they could feel the intense heat it radiated.

Just then, a massive Curtain instantly shrouded the entire area like a canopy over the sky.

Everyone immediately realized that intruders had probably broken in.

Without hesitation, they hurried toward the site of the explosion to provide support.

Yet they all privately wondered whether anyone could have survived a blast like that.

Who knew which unlucky student had met with such a disaster!

"Damn it, another C4 bomb! C4 has practically become a weapon designed specifically to deal with me!"

Yuanfang's body was drenched in blood, burned beyond recognition by the intense heat.

But he still couldn't help complaining as he used Reverse Cursed Technique to rapidly restore his body.

Hanami watched quietly from a short distance away. She wasn't particularly surprised that Yuanfang hadn't been blown to death!

The main purpose of her attack had been to cause a huge commotion and draw Jujutsu High's attention, allowing Mahito to successfully steal what they needed.

"A-are... are you all right, senpai?"

Just then, a voice filled with concern, mixed with a little shyness and excitement, came from behind Yuanfang!

Kugisaki covered her eyes with her hands, but left a tiny gap as she spoke softly.

"Wow, I never thought you'd go streaking in broad daylight!"

Looking at the menacing Hanami in the distance, Panda still couldn't resist teasing Yuanfang!

After all, the sight of him standing stark naked in front of everyone was simply too much!

"Stop staring and come help!"

With everyone looking at his naked body, Yuanfang wanted nothing more than to find something to wear and leave immediately.

But seeing Hanami charge toward him, he had no choice but to face her naked. If he left only Kugisaki and Panda here, Hanami would probably kill them before long.

"Okay!"

Although Kugisaki agreed, her eyes still involuntarily drifted toward Yuanfang's fair-skinned body and sharply defined muscles!

After all, with such a masculine body displayed before her without anything held back, she found the temptation hard to resist.

Panda wasn't human, so he didn't particularly care. He quickly rushed forward to help Yuanfang fight Hanami!

Hanami had successfully drawn everyone's attention. Now all she needed to do was hold them here.

Yuanfang felt as though his punch had struck a ton of solid iron. He hadn't budged Hanami in the slightest.

If his defenses were as strong as Hanami's, Yuanfang figured he wouldn't need to fear C4 bombs anymore.

Panda's thick fist also slammed into Hanami, but unfortunately, it didn't have much effect either.

Clang!

Kugisaki's two steel nails struck as though they had hit an iron plate, completely unable to penetrate Hanami's defenses!

"What kind of cursed spirit is this? How can she be so powerful?!"

Kugisaki finally tore her gaze entirely away from Yuanfang, no longer daring to let herself get distracted.

Hanami gave them no time to think, swinging her body into a counterattack.

"The roots at her eyes are her weak point! Attack there!"

As Yuanfang defended, he reminded Panda and Kugisaki.

He intended to finish Hanami off here today. She wasn't particularly useful to his plans, so killing her early and making himself stronger would be the best outcome.

Yuanfang believed that with his domain suppressing Hanami, escape would be virtually impossible for her.

Once the others arrived to help, Hanami would be as good as dead.
