After leaving the Experimental Zone, he encountered Hunger Disease and a growing threat in the desert, which Men Luosha warned could endanger the entire Metaverse.

• Lu Zun showed Qin Yiguan memories of his childhood, revealing that Qin Yiguan had killed his adoptive parents and was connected to the Leviathan’s arrival.
• Qin Yiguan’s guilt drove him to unleash darkness and leviathans, but Dr. House revealed that the destruction of B5 and B6 was a hallucination, and Qin then faced the truth and killed Jiu Zhengxuan.
• Qin Yiguan deduced that Zhong Yi had helped Lu Zun and had used Absolute Hit, then secretly poisoned him after urging Jiu Zhengxuan to arrest him.
• Dr. House explained that Qin Yiguan had twelve Higher Selves, including No. 1, and Qin resolved to become the strongest version of himself.
• After spending a night with Jiaolong and learning she had left to explore, Qin Yiguan departed the Experimental Zone in Jingye Meinan’s upgraded Shadow.

Qin Yiguan uncovered the real-world violence behind Breath of the Mute, confronted its creator Aoke, and stopped his network with God's Abandoned's help. Aoke died, but a being from beyond the sky claimed his code, while God's Abandoned began preparing a new body from Qin Yiguan's design.

• Qin Yiguan helped Zhichun turn the Starvation Corpses into water and crops after Lao De died, then the Metaverse Experimental Zone event ended with his Fusion Rate at 70%.
• Qin Yiguan discovered that Breath of the Mute players were unknowingly attacking real people, and followed Taotie Clam's Wuxing mecha to Taotie Mitian's testing center.
• Qin Yiguan exposed Breath of the Mute to Taotie Clam, then entered the game's fortress and killed its creator, the boy on the throne, after rejecting his offer to help control humanity.
• Qin Yiguan escaped the boy's illusion and identified a storm-covered ghost city as his hiding place, while Taotie Clam fought the assassin mechs threatening Taotie Mitian and the military officials.
• Qin Yiguan found Aoke in the ruined city and learned that he had created Breath of the Mute, killed factory workers, and built a vast network controlling mechs and players.
• Aoke summoned heavy mechs to capture Qin Yiguan, but Qin Yiguan joined with Black Calamity and transformed the town and mechs into monsters as God's Abandoned gathered Aoke's brain code.
• Qin Yiguan killed Aoke inside the transformed mech, then used Jiaolong's vines to stitch shut a sky rift after a being from beyond it struck him and took Aoke's code.

Qin Yiguan entered Ghost City with Black Calamity and confronted the fears and memories that had shaped his personalities, including the truth about his childhood trauma. After Black Calamity became his Higher Self, Qin Yiguan reunited with the dead Shitian and joined him to find his master.

• Qin Yiguan accompanied Black Calamity to Ghost City, where he discovered that he had died and that Officer Wang was among its dead residents.
• Qin Yiguan and Shitian faced the city's ghosts, and Qin Yiguan defeated Jiamou before confronting a giant ghost king and the fears behind Ghost City.
• Qin Yiguan recalled the people who had supported him and identified the child in the wardrobe as his five-year-old self, while Black Calamity realized it was a tool tied to the boy.
• Qin Yiguan faced the ghost in white, entered a memory from thirteen years earlier, and found the corpse of a woman who had protected him as a child.
• Qin Yiguan reconciled with his childhood self, and Black Calamity helped calm Child before Ghost City vanished and they returned to the Experimental Zone.
• Dr. House explained that Qin Yiguan's personalities had formed around painful memories, and Black Calamity later awakened as Qin Yiguan's Higher Self.

Qin Yiguan entered Giant Whale City to confront the Tuomen Acuminate Fungus, only to discover that Du An had engineered the crisis and that Shui Man was a fungus-created copy. The arc ended with Shui Man leading Qin Yiguan toward the true mother organism beneath the sea.

• Shitian, Qin Yiguan, and Ying Dang reached Giant Whale City, where Shui Luo revealed that the fungus was turning residents into Negative Doppelgängers and asked Ying Dang to help stop it.
• Qin Yiguan and Shui Man explored the underwater community, and Qin learned how its residents relied on the fungus and Food Mother Fish to survive.
• A competition outbreak turned Shui Ming and the contestants into monsters, and Qin Yiguan revealed his Higher Self to protect the arena’s survivors.
• Qin Yiguan investigated Du An’s body and discovered that it was connected to the giant whale, while Du An awoke and confronted him.
• Du An confessed that he had created the Tuomen Acuminate Fungus from Qin Yiguan’s blood, blamed Qin for the outbreak, and attacked him after disabling his abilities.
