He sought lifespan-restoring Red Sun Fruits and the ancient mirror in Cloud Pill Palace, where Bai Yue and Mo Qingzhu faced a second Supreme Venerable Xuanwei.

• Xu Taiping refined the immortal remains in the Demon-Suppressing Coffin until he completed Tai Bai Eclipse Power, then emerged as the Heavenly Thunder Nine Palaces formation collapsed.
• Xu Taiping used his ultimate Heavenly Wrath Style to kill the Golden Child and Jade Maiden Blightbones and destroy more than a hundred others.
• Xu Taiping met Lin Buyu, renewed their promise to meet at the Chaotic Stars Assembly, and watched her leave after she marked his Listening Wind Bracelet.
• Xu Taiping learned Azure Void Fruits restored only a limited amount of his lifespan, so he set out with Bai Yue and Mo Qingzhu to seek Red Sun Fruits and the ancient mirror.
• The old Daoist Immortal Remains led Xu Taiping and his companions to Cloud Pill Palace, where Xu Taiping found the mirror hidden in a furnace lid and began refining it.
• Bai Yue and Mo Qingzhu fought the Jade Maiden and Golden Child Blightbones while Xu Taiping worked on the mirror, and the old Daoist defeated the pair in his fire flood dragon form.
• A black palm shattered the old Daoist’s body, and a black-robed cultivator with Supreme Venerable Xuanwei’s face appeared and threatened Bai Yue and Mo Qingzhu.

Xu Taiping battled Supreme Venerable Xuanwei, learned the Spirit Bone Pill’s connection to a plan against the Origin Laws, and lost Danmingzi as he helped prepare to revive Jade Mother. At the Six-Purity Jade Platform, Xu Taiping and Xiahou You faced Tie Hancang, then rushed to aid their companions, where Xu Taiping confronted Luo Hong.

• Xu Taiping and the Ancient Mirror awakened Taiyi Star Lord’s Immortal Remains, which fought Supreme Venerable Xuanwei and burned the Blightbones with the Taiyi Golden Light Purification Formation, though Xuanwei escaped.
• Xu Taiping learned from the Old Palace Master that he had refined a Spirit Bone Pill, and heard how the pills were made to unite cultivators opposing the Origin Laws.
• Danmingzi helped Xu Taiping complete the Earth Treasury Fruit’s sixth Seed Burning and explained how to restore Jade Mother’s divine intent, then sacrificed himself to finish refining twelve Vermilion Pills.
• Xu Taiping and his companions rejected Luo Hong’s likely ambush, used Taiyi Star Lord’s transport and the Cinnabar Cave Well to reach the Six-Purity Jade Platform, and split up to draw Luo Hong’s forces away.
• Xu Taiping and Xiahou You confronted Tie Hancang at the Cinnabar Cave Well, but Tie Hancang overwhelmed them until the Heaven-Hunting Great Sage arrived and struck him away.
• Xu Taiping recovered and went to help Qu Chao Ci and the others, where Luo Hong wounded Bai Yue and Xu San broke Qu Chao Ci’s sword formation.
• Xu Taiping used Form- and Shadow-Transposition to take Luo Hong’s place as he moved to kill Bai Yue, then faced Luo Hong with his Ultimate Realm Heaven-Touching Stance.

Xu Taiping won the Wuqu Token and Fire-Avoidance Pearl by defeating Wuqu Star Lord’s battle formation, then used the Immortal Remains to repel Tie Hancang’s Blightbone horde. After the Heaven-Hunting Great Sage captured Tie Hancang and demanded his divine essence, azure flames erupted from Xu Taiping’s arm and began absorbing it.

• Xu Taiping cleaved through the Weak Water waterfall and entered the Void Essence Jade Platform with his companions, where he told the giant carp he sought the Wuqu Token and a Fire-Repelling Pill.
• Xu Taiping passed Wuqu Star Lord’s personal test, then refused to leave with the Wuqu Token and rallied the Immortal Remains and his companions to challenge the Ten Thousand Armies Battle Formation.
• Xu Taiping’s battle formations fought Wuqu Star Lord’s army, and Xu Taiping defeated Wuqu Star Lord and Po Jun, earning the Fire-Avoidance Pearl as well as the Wuqu Token.
• After the Heaven-Hunting Great Sage warned of an approaching Blightbone horde, Xu Taiping formed two Ten Thousand Armies Battle Formations and led them against the attackers while the Great Sage fought Tie Hancang.
• Xu Taiping stopped attacking Luo Hong after the Heaven-Hunting Great Sage warned him of karmic backlash, and the Great Sage removed his Sea-Suppressing Seals and offered to teach Xu Taiping to use them.
• The Heaven-Hunting Great Sage gathered Glazed Fragments and Immortal Remains for Xu Taiping, struck down Tie Hancang’s Iron Man, and forced Tie Hancang to surrender Sacred Land Relics and offer his divine essence for deduction.
• As Xu Taiping reached for Tie Hancang, the Lotus Eye covered his arm in azure flames, and his flaming hand seized Tie Hancang as nine golden rings appeared and Tie Hancang’s divine essence poured into him.

Xu Taiping led his allies into the Purple Tenuity Star Enclosure to rescue Ping'an and stop a sacrifice that summoned Heavenly Calamity Blightbone. After receiving Jade Mother's gifts and becoming Yaochi Sacred Land's temporary master, he defeated the threat through her edict, while the Heaven-Hunting Great Sage prepared to confront a Half-Immortal pursuer.

• Xu Taiping used his great deduction to learn Lin Buyu's warnings about the sacrifice and discover a safe route across the Star-Sand Sea.
• Xu Taiping assembled fifty thousand immortal soldiers and led his allies against Lady Chixue while Xiahou You and Mo Qingzhu opened the route with Cloud Talismans.
