Background / History

Lin Feng begins as a wounded hunter whose soul transmigrates into the martial world. In his first crisis, he awakens a private status panel that grants one Breakthrough Point per day; the points can raise his Life or directly advance recorded martial arts. He spends his first point on Beast Hunting Fist, receiving the accumulated training memories and physical development of years of practice 1.

He later comes under the guidance of Mr. Hong, learning Basic Swordplay after memorizing its 108 movements from a single demonstration. Mr. Hong ultimately teaches him Heart Nourishing Swordplay, Body Nourishing Swordplay, Yin Yang Swordplay, the Purple Moon Heart Sutra, and the basics of navigating the martial world 30 51 52.

Lin Feng becomes a Mayi Guard General in Qinghe County and builds public support by dismantling extortionist gangs, executing Iron Rod Gang leader Jiang Tiesheng, and distributing recovered wealth among his men 148. His growing strength and independence eventually lead him to establish the Martial Arts Alliance, then expand the Martial God Hall into a major force 235 392.

During an infiltration of the Demonic Path, he assumes the identity Zhao Qianfeng, joins the Flying Dagger Sect, and rises from a new outer disciple to sect leader in rapid succession 445 447.
