• Kenichi Amamiya bombarded Sunagakure with rockets, then infiltrated the village during a diversion and copied One’s Own Life Reincarnation from the Kazekage Building.
• Kenichi Amamiya met Kabuto Yakushi, offered to reunite him with Yakushi Nonō in exchange for his service, and sent him back to Konoha to gather intelligence.
• Kenichi Amamiya secretly discussed his objections to Nagato’s peace plan and proposed unifying the Shinobi World, while Black Zetsu struggled to judge his intentions.

• Kenichi Amamiya and Orochimaru concluded that the Sage of Six Paths could control Impure World Reincarnation summons, then revived Amado Sanzu through One's Own Life Reincarnation.
• Kenichi studied crop growth and the Pure Land while Nagato set out to attack Konoha, and Kenichi went there to look for Naruto.
• Kenichi confronted Obito and Nagato's attack on Konoha, helped Nagato kill Danzo, and escaped with Nagato carrying Shin Uchiha's arm.

Kenichi Amamiya manipulated the Five Great Nations into fighting over Hero’s Water while preparing to seize the Land of Water. He destroyed Kirigakure with an atomic bomb and began taking control of the country as he studied the blast’s effects.

• Kenichi Amamiya investigated One's Own Life Reincarnation, while Tsunade and Jiraiya returned to Konoha and learned Orochimaru had attacked the village and abducted Anko Mitarashi.
• Kenichi developed an atomic bomb from uranium mined in the Land of Snow, recruited Minato Namikaze and the Uchiha to aid his plans, and sent Uchiha Shiori to stir conflict among the great nations.
• Kenichi learned from Anko that she had traveled to the past and met Minato, then left her with Orochimaru and visited Akatsuki to obtain Hero’s Water and research materials.
• Kenichi tested Hero’s Water and arranged for Kabuto Yakushi to deliver bottles to the Five Great Ninja Villages, whose forces clashed in Amegakure over the supposed supply.
