Kenichi Amamiya and Orochimaru traveled to the Land of Snow, where Kenichi found Amado Sanzu, helped Kazahana Koyuki reclaim the country, and tested his Chakra Parasite on her. The arc ended with Kenichi preparing to return to Konoha for Byakugan samples and hoping to recruit Amado.

• Kenichi Amamiya confirmed his Sharingan method worked but warned Orochimaru that it required sacrificing an Uchiha for each recipient, then accepted a mission to find the scientist behind chakra-absorbing alloy.
• Kenichi Amamiya and Orochimaru flew to the Land of Snow, where Kenichi collected a paralyzing plant and met Kazahana Dōtō, who hired them to find Amado Sanzu and Kazahana Koyuki.

After bargaining with Hiruzen Sarutobi to take Sasuke, Mikoto, and Fugaku’s remains, Kenichi escaped while Tsunade fought him in anger at Hiruzen.

• Kenichi Amamiya returned to Konoha during Fugaku Uchiha’s rebellion, obtained Hinata Hyuga’s blood and Byakugan tissue through Hyuga Hiashi, and watched Fugaku sacrifice himself so Uchiha clan members could escape.
• Kenichi Amamiya resumed his experiments with Orochimaru and Amado Sanzu, but his Genetic Programming Ninjutsu stalled as he investigated Hidan’s regenerative arm and Hinata Hyuga’s bloodline.
• Kenichi Amamiya found Obito Uchiha at a harvest festival near the Uchiha settlement, then told Shisui, Itachi, and Sasuke that Fugaku had been killed and his eyes taken.
