"Yoshino, you came." Ivan's voice came from BioSpinosmon's mouth.
"I'm here. Ivan, how are you feeling?" Yoshino asked.
"I'm not going to make it. Sorry for attacking you out of nowhere, Digimon over there." Ivan waved at BanchoLeomon a short distance away.
"So this fellow is a human transformed into a Digimon. I never imagined human technology had advanced this far." BanchoLeomon folded his arms. Though there was some surprise in his voice, his expression did not change at all.
"Ivan, you'll be all right. I'll take you back to DATS. Don't underestimate our medical technology. Even if you're a Digimon now, we can still heal you," Yoshino declared firmly.
"Don't waste your effort. Even if DATS can treat Digimon, it can't undo a Mega Digimon's special attack. Not even that person could," BanchoLeomon said.
"How do you know it's impossible?" Yoshino retorted, continuing to tend to BioSpinosmon's wounds on her own.
"There really is no need to waste your effort. My soul is already dissolving. Even if you save this body, the only one left alive will be the real BioSpinosmon. That fellow is an enemy." As Ivan spoke, he raised a barrier around himself. Nothing Yoshino tried could get close to BioSpinosmon.
"Is it worth it? You should have taken complete control of BioSpinosmon's body. What obsession made you willingly awaken Spinosmon's will again?" BanchoLeomon walked over, his expression softening.
"It isn't a question of whether it's worth it. I have to protect these children. The reason I agreed to Kurata's modifications in the first place was that he promised me he could give these children normal lives," Ivan said quietly.
"Could you tell us your story? I think this DATS member will help fulfill your wish," BanchoLeomon said respectfully.
