Connie, Jean, and Sasha nodded at the same time, though Sasha then shook her head.
"Chen Si, you were the one who named Grass Mud Horse. But since you've lost your memory, I think we can change it. It really is an awful name," Historia said, stroking Grass Mud Horse's head.
"Yeah, good point. From now on, you'll be Little Grass." Chen Si patted Grass Mud Horse's head.
"Awooo!!" Grass Mud Horse shook off Chen Si's hand and kept pawing at the dirt in protest.
"Christa, there's something I'd like to ask you, if you don't mind," Erwin began slowly.
"Who's this?" Chen Si asked, glancing at Erwin's empty right sleeve.
"He's the commander of the Survey Corps, the highest-ranking officer in our regiment," Mikasa explained.
"Commander Erwin lost an arm saving me back then. Can you remember that, Chen Si?" Eren added.
Chen Si shook his head.
"Commander Erwin, my real name is actually Historia. I'm sorry I've been hiding it from everyone," Historia said.
"May I ask your surname?" Erwin asked, his gaze shifting slightly.
"My name is Historia Reiss," Historia said firmly.
"Reiss?" Mike murmured, rubbing his chin.
"A powerful noble from the Royal Capital. I've seen his people in the Underground District before," Levi murmured.
Historia's answer strengthened Erwin's suspicions.
