Yang Bo rushed to help Coulson and Potts when Obadiah attacked in the Iron Monger armor, bringing Ivan and a powerful suit of armor named Cable. The chapter ended with Ivan charging Iron Monger and the two armored fighters beginning their battle.

• Tony gave Yang Bo permission to take anything from his villa, and Yang Bo stripped the home and flew off with his haul.
• Coulson called Yang Bo for help as Obadiah pursued him and Potts in Iron Monger armor, but then reported that Tony had arrived to fight Obadiah.
• Yang Bo and Ivan teleported onto the road, and Yang Bo gave Ivan a Healing Potion to ease the teleportation damage.
• Yang Bo brought out Ivan's gray Cable Armor, which announced itself as “Cable” and enclosed Ivan inside.
• Ivan charged Iron Monger in the taller Cable Armor, launching missiles and pushing into Obadiah's attack.

Ivan used the Cable armor to defeat Obadiah and Iron Monger, then confronted Tony and revealed his name. Yang Bo helped Tony recover a Reactor, but Ivan knocked Tony unconscious, saying it was for his father.

• Ivan severed Iron Monger's shoulder drive rod, then used electric cables to disable and dismantle Obadiah's armor.
• Ivan bound Tony, introduced himself as Ivan Vanko, and stripped Tony from the Iron Man Armor.
• Yang Bo knocked Obadiah unconscious, removed the Reactor from Iron Monger, and gave it to Tony in exchange for Tony's offer of cars and weapons.

After Tony apologized to Ivan, Yang Bo left the Stark exhibition with Ivan and took weapons for his company before flying back to New York. Nick Fury recruited Yang Bo to help Coulson form a team, and Yang Bo agreed to screen recruits for Hydra and supply older armor in exchange for payment.

• Tony apologized to Ivan for what happened to Anton Vanko, but Ivan rejected the apology and inspected the damaged Cable armor.
• Yang Bo collected the severed parts of Cable and Iron Monger, then left with Ivan while Tony and Pepper Potts escaped with Coulson.
• Tony returned to his villa and found it destroyed, then realized Yang Bo had taken more than ten minutes and rushed back.
• Yang Bo, Ivan, and Anna flew to New York, where Nick Fury intercepted Yang Bo and asked him to help Coulson assemble a separate team of agents.

• Yang Bo burned a Twilight Oak in the Twilight Forest and collected loot from the chests and monster spawners inside.
• Yang Bo decided to plant the Transformation Tree and Time Tree saplings at home, then heard Bor report that he had found only three vampires.
• Jerry called Yang Bo to report that Hydra operatives were attacking the factory, and Yang Bo headed there through the Nether Portal.
• Yang Bo found the factory under heavy attack, learned that eight guards had died and four were seriously wounded, and gave Jerry Healing Potions for the injured.
• Yang Bo ordered Ivan to take the staff underground, then used obsidian to block gunfire and drank an Invisibility Potion.

Yang Bo battled Hydra’s forces at the factory, using his unusual abilities to evade capture before missiles struck and sent him back to his Central Park shelter. As he raced back, Ivan went upstairs to help, while Rumlow ordered Hydra to seize the researchers and kill anyone who resisted except Ivan Vanko and Anton Vanko.

• Yang Bo fought off Hydra’s rockets and gunfire, then turned their capture nets into inventory items with his sword.
• Yang Bo used an Ender Pearl to reach the Hydra soldiers and shot several of them before Rumlow ordered his forces to eliminate him.
• Two aircraft fired missiles at Yang Bo, sending him back to his shelter in Central Park, and he rushed through the Nether Portal toward the factory.

Yang Bo returned to find Hydra attacking his factory and Ivan gravely wounded and trapped in his damaged armor. After moving Ivan and the others underground, Yang Bo confronted Fury over the delayed response and began taking down Hydra’s aircraft, leaving one still in the air.

• Jerry told Yang Bo that Ivan had gone back to look for him, so Yang Bo hurried to the workshop.
• Yang Bo found Ivan badly wounded and trapped in the Cable Armor, shielded him with obsidian, and moved him into the underground shelter.
• Anton checked on Ivan, and Yang Bo promised to make things right before setting a Respawn Point and returning to the surface.
• Yang Bo blamed Fury for failing to respond sooner and reported that eight people had died and Ivan was seriously wounded.
• Yang Bo shot down one Rotary-Wing Aircraft with his Sniper Rifle, then tunneled away to prepare to attack the remaining aircraft.

After Hydra destroyed Yang Bo’s workshop and killed eight of his people, he confronted Fury and demanded Pierce’s life. Yang Bo revealed that Hydra had taken over S.H.I.E.L.D., and Fury asked for three days to prepare.

• Brock Rumlow ordered Hydra’s forces to retreat and destroy evidence as Captain America and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents approached.
• Yang Bo emerged from underground and watched the fire consume his workshop and the surrounding area.
• Captain America and Natasha Romanoff arrived, and Yang Bo built a small shelter before asking to speak with Fury.
• Yang Bo told Fury that he had lost eight people and demanded Pierce’s address, but Fury said killing Pierce would not solve the crisis.

Fury then arrived with Rogers and the others, announced that he was abandoning S.H.I.E.L.D. to establish a new organization, and joined Yang Bo on the trip to headquarters for revenge against Pierce.

• Yang Bo rebuilt the workshop from obsidian and, after the Building Wand Mod loaded, cleared the fire-damaged wreckage inside.
• Yang Bo offered Ivan a mechanical arm, vampirism, or a future new body; Ivan chose the mechanical arm, and Yang Bo promised to bring one in three days.
• Yang Bo finished a new block-built workshop and told Ivan and the others to design new armor for the equipment and materials he would bring.

As the group fought to hold the office, Fury called in reinforcements and Yang Bo prepared to confront the Hydra forces outside.

• Yang Bo noticed that Hydra members filled almost all of S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters and warned Fury that escaping would be difficult.
• Fury found Pierce waiting in his office, where Pierce confronted him about S.H.I.E.L.D.'s missing money and revealed armed Hydra agents and the Winter Soldier nearby.
• Yang Bo shot Pierce before he could continue speaking, then sealed the office entrance with an obsidian wall as the others fought the Hydra agents inside.
• Coulson was shot in the shoulder, and Yang Bo gave him a Healing Potion before killing the remaining enemies in the office.
• Fury called for a move-out, and Hydra forces blasted a hole through the office wall while Captain America and Hawkeye returned fire.

Yang Bo fought Hydra operatives inside S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters and tried to kill the Winter Soldier before he could be recognized by Captain America. Iron Man arrived to help, and JARVIS singled out Yang Bo as a specially flagged individual.

• Yang Bo used his enchanted Stark rifle, shield, and explosives to cut through Hydra operatives attacking S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters.
• The Winter Soldier attacked Yang Bo, and Captain America joined the fight without recognizing his old friend.
• Yang Bo told Captain America to leave the Winter Soldier to him, then pursued Bucky after Bucky dodged his gunfire.

Yang Bo fought Bucky during the Hydra battle, then captured him to study his Metal Arm and keep him as leverage. After the soldiers and superheroes defeated Hydra, Yang Bo prepared to take his spoils home.

• Tony arrived and attacked Bucky, but Yang Bo shot Bucky through an office desk and wounded him.
• Tony asked Yang Bo to return Dum-E and to arrange a meeting with Ivan Vanko; Yang Bo agreed to both requests.
• Bucky vanished while Yang Bo spoke with Tony, then ambushed Yang Bo, who blocked his attacks, healed himself with a Golden Apple, and shot Bucky until he collapsed.
• Yang Bo bound Bucky in a capture net, planning to have Ivan study the Metal Arm and later exchange Bucky with Tony for supplies.

Yang Bo traveled to Washington with Bor and Allen to hunt vampires and recruit Blade’s allies into his guild. At Whistler’s house, he found Karen and offered her a choice between becoming a Vampire Hunter or a vampire.

• Yang Bo called Blade, learned Washington had many vampires, and decided to bring Bor and Allen there to recruit guild members and hunt.
• Yang Bo woke Bor and told him they were going to Washington, then gathered the injection chair and Rallying Altar and summoned Allen.
• After driving for more than three hours, Yang Bo reached Whistler’s house and introduced Bor as his employee.
• Whistler led Yang Bo and his companions into the basement, where Yang Bo greeted Karen and asked whether she wanted to become a Vampire Hunter or a vampire.

Yang Bo visited Karen's lab, where she showed him her vampire-killing solution and met Bor in his transformed form. The tense meeting with Whistler's armed group ended with Albert recognizing Yang Bo as the Night Butcher, a nickname he corrected.

• Yang Bo praised Karen's vampire cure and suggested making an inhalable version for aerial dispersal.
• Bor flew into the lab as a bat, changed back into his original form, and startled Karen and Whistler by speaking.
• Karen tried to draw Bor's blood with an enormous syringe, but Yang Bo stopped her and she eventually collected a sample with a smaller one.

• Hannibal King introduced himself to Yang Bo, asked to use the name Night Hunter, and asked to join the Hunter Guild with his companions.
• Yang Bo explained that joining required a test and showed the group a syringe of Garlic Juice that would grant them special powers.
• After the group hesitated, Whistler volunteered, saying he wanted to stay strong enough to hunt vampires and trusted Yang Bo.
• Yang Bo injected Whistler, who screamed and endured several seconds of intense pain before lying dazed in the Injection Chair.
• Albert rushed to check on Whistler as Yang Bo put away the empty syringe, took out a fresh one, and asked the others who would go next.

Yang Bo injected Whistler, Albert, and Hannibal with garlic juice to change their classes to Vampire Hunter, then explained their new equipment and abilities. He offered Blade the chance to become a vampire, but the others remained unconvinced by his claims about vampire powers.

• Whistler recovered from the painful injection and said his strength had returned, while Albert insisted on taking the same class change.
• Yang Bo injected Albert, and Blade rushed in after hearing the screams and learned that Yang Bo was adding members to his Guild.
• Hannibal chose to become a Vampire Hunter, and Yang Bo showed the group how to use the Stake and identify [Vampire Blood].

Yang Bo taught Blade’s group how to weaken vampires and kill them with Stakes so they could collect materials for leveling up. After a successful night of hunting, the group prepared to travel to New York, while Yang Bo considered expanding Blade’s cramped basement and building a Nether Portal.

• Yang Bo demonstrated how to weaken a vampire and have Albert kill it with a Stake, producing Vampire Blood and Vampire Fangs.
• Yang Bo explained how vampire materials increased strength and said he would charge two bottles per level-up for new members.
• Blade, now a level-four vampire, asked to test his new abilities alone, and Yang Bo told him to identify Washington’s strongest Vampire Family.
• The group hunted through the night and gathered twenty-seven bottles of Vampire Blood, two Vampire Books, and one bottle of Pure Blood.

Yang Bo built a Portal to the Nether and tested whether Blade could survive there. After Blade showed no ill effects, the two began exploring the Nether toward a nearby Piglin Bastion Remnant, where a Ghast appeared.

• Yang Bo finished excavating an underground space and built a concealed room and Portal, asking Blade to help test the Nether.
• Yang Bo entered the Portal alone and arrived in Dandruff Canyon, where he found a nearby Piglin Bastion Remnant and enclosed the Portal in obsidian.
• Yang Bo returned to the Overworld and brought Blade through the Portal to the Nether.
• Blade found that the Nether caused him no discomfort and marveled at its vast, block-filled cavern.
• Yang Bo began laying blocks toward the Piglin Bastion Remnant, but a Ghast appeared and startled Blade.

Yang Bo and Blade explored the Nether, fought Ghasts and Piglins, and entered a Piglin Bastion Remnant. The chapter ended with Yang Bo showing Blade the Treasure Room’s vast gold supply, prompting Blade to consider robbing Yang Bo instead of vampires.

• Yang Bo taught Blade to deflect a Ghast’s fireball, and Blade killed it with its own attack.
• Yang Bo and Blade reached the Piglin Bastion Remnant, where Yang Bo was struck by a crossbow bolt and retaliated through a small opening.
• Piglins and a Piglin Brute swarmed inside the bastion, but Yang Bo and Blade defeated them from outside the opening.
• Yang Bo opened a chest and collected its loot while Blade examined the bastion’s gilded blackstone and gold nuggets.

Yang Bo and Blade cleared out a vast store of gold in the Nether, then dug a tunnel toward New York while Fury dealt with pressure from Hill over Yang Bo. The pair reached the Memory Forest, where Blade noticed a tall, dark figure just before an Enderman teleported behind Yang Bo.

• Blade saw the gold below and felt numb to the value of money, so Yang Bo urged him to clear it out.
• Hill warned Fury that the World Security Council and the U.S. government had noticed Yang Bo and wanted him brought under control.
• Fury destroyed Yang Bo's file, tried to call him, and hoped he would watch himself.
• Yang Bo led Blade through the Nether, gathering Nether Debris as they dug toward their shortcut to New York.
• At the Memory Forest, Blade said he had seen a dark figure at least two and a half meters tall, and Yang Bo heard an Enderman teleport behind him.

Yang Bo and Blade returned through the Portal after fighting Endermen, and Yang Bo leveled up to unlock a powerful stake skill. A giant footprint and a live news broadcast confirmed that the Hulk was rampaging near Yang Bo’s home, leaving Yang Bo wondering why the Hulk had appeared later than Iron Man.

• Yang Bo explained how Endermen reacted to being watched, and he and Blade killed two of them, collecting three Ender Pearls.
• Yang Bo took Blade through the Portal to the underground space beneath the central square, then leveled up twice and unlocked [True Use of the Stake].
• Yang Bo found trees toppled outside his home and a gigantic footprint, while helicopter gunships and a news helicopter pursued the culprit.

• Blade watched Hulk survive a tank shell and realized the monster was far beyond his strength.
• Tony Stark attacked Hulk without Hulkbuster Armor, but Hulk battered him and left him embedded in a building wall.
• Yang Bo received a call from Ivan, who said Tony had asked him for help against Hulk.
