Half an hour later.
New York, the Avengers' new base.
The moment she entered the lounge, before Hermione could even settle onto the sofa, two soft mounds smothered her face.
"Mmph, mmph, mmph!"
Natasha and Skye flanked Hermione, hugging her tightly and rubbing her head.
"I missed you so much, little Hermione!"
The setting earlier hadn't been right, and they'd still had serious business to deal with, so both women had held their emotions back. Once they returned to base, those feelings finally burst free.
Natasha planted an unabashed kiss on her cheek, then started pinching it.
"Mmph..." Hermione struggled a little.
"Where on earth have you been this whole year? Do you know how worried everyone was?" Skye buried her face in Hermione's hair and nuzzled it fiercely.
Trapped between them, Hermione struggled desperately under a double assault of breasts against her face.
"You two... let go..."
Hermione's protest came out muffled as her hands flailed in the air.
The men nearby watched, dumbfounded.
Then envy crept into their eyes.
What bliss.
"Enough, enough! You're suffocating me!" Hermione finally pulled her head free of those four towering mountains and gulped down air.
She straightened her tousled hair and gave both women an exasperated glare.
As she spoke, Hermione reached into the air and produced two brand-new Silver Metal Bracelets like a stage magician.
"Here. Presents for you."
Natasha's and Skye's eyes lit up, and they immediately leaned closer.
Intricate ancient runes covered the bracelets' surfaces, glowing faintly blue.
Hermione handed one to Natasha.
"The Disillusionment Charm sealed in your old bracelet was a little low-level."
"It worked against ordinary surveillance," Hermione explained. "It could hide you from thermal imaging, but not other advanced detection technology."
"This alchemical bracelet is an upgraded version. It contains a more advanced Disillusionment Charm
