Background / History

The Yun Clan’s legacy extends back to primordial times. Despite its standing, it remains an aristocratic clan rather than an Emperor Clan; the Heavenly Origin Continent has no recorded cultivator who completed the final step into the Immortal Emperor realm 24 34.

To preserve its future, the clan committed its collective strength to an ancient secret art within the Ancestral Shrine Forbidden Grounds. It gathered an Immortal Emperor’s scattered original immortal essence and vast providence, then merged them with innate origin essence accumulated over ten thousand years. This produced Yun Huang, whose public identity as a legitimate son was fabricated so that he could naturally enter the lineage and inherit its authority 4.
