After being crowned king on Heavenly Mountain.

Jiang You led his people on a flight around Heavenly Mountain, taking away some of the Eaglemen Royal Court's precious possessions.

They buried the Eaglemen's bodies.

They also did some basic tidying of the Eaglemen Royal Court's shattered ruins.

According to his agreement with the Goblin King Amigel, this place would also belong to the Winged People in the future.

Jiang You decided to build a mountain city here. In the future, some of the Winged People would be stationed here to develop the settlement, serving as their foothold on the continent.

Under his plans for their future development, the Winged People still needed a long period of growth and evolution.

It would be difficult to improve their strength further in the short term. Jiang You decided to gradually enhance their bloodline in the future, improving it generation by generation, striving to evolve the Winged People into the long-lived species he envisioned!

To that end, he decided to ask the goblins for some Titan Giants' remains after the Goblin King Amigel was crowned emperor.

He had only just become Legendary and needed to consolidate his realm. He also needed to decide on his path beyond Legendary as soon as possible!

There were three paths of advancement beyond Legendary!

One was to continue along the Legendary path, walking the mortal world unrivaled, ultimately becoming a Supreme Legend and attaining bodily immortality!

Another was the path to godhood: establishing an Earthly Divine Kingdom, ultimately raising a Divine Throne on high and becoming a mighty deity!

The last was the rarest of all, the path of the Sky Lord: forging a throne in the sky, ultimately descending to the earth and turning the world into one's domain!

All three paths were exceedingly difficult!

In the future, many archmages, Legendary Warriors, Paladins, and High Priests with no hope of becoming gods would take the first path, that of a Mortal Legend.

This path did not conflict with the path to godhood and posed no threat to the gods.

The second path, the path to godhood, was the road to becoming a god.

The stages of this path were widely known. It began easy and grew difficult later.

Those who were Legendary and followed this path first had to become Demigods. Only then could they ignite their divine fire and raise their Divine Thrones on high to become gods.

But each godly seat had room for only one occupant. If the godly seat and divine office you sought already had a god, there was no other way unless you slew that god.

And the difficulty of slaying a god was obvious enough.

Moreover, godly seats varied in stature, with a gulf between their powers. Weak gods were only a little stronger than those who were Legendary, born to be subordinate deities.

The third path beyond Legendary, however, was known to very few in the vast Astral Realm.

That was because this third path and the second were mortal enemies, as incompatible as fire and water!

After all, one allowed many gods to stand together and coexist, while the other demanded sole, absolute dominion. The difficulty of reconciling the two was obvious.

Jiang You only knew about it because of a unique quest he had received while playing the game in his previous life.

Still, if such a method existed, someone had presumably succeeded before.
