Arc 22The Fall of Shengdun

Great Xia fought the Demon Clan’s invasion with missiles, nuclear weapons, and ground forces as Cho'Gath devastated its defenses and destroyed Shengdun Underground City. After Kosla was killed, Cho'Gath turned toward Tianxiong, where Lin Shigong received authorization to use an antimatter bomb and debated how to deploy it.

  • Elder Zhao ordered Great Xia to full combat readiness after Secretary Li showed him footage of Demon Clan soldiers emerging from the nuclear craters in Freedom, and he asked Lin Mo to assess the threat.
  • Lin Mo warned that multiple eighth-order Demon Gods might have reached Blue Star and rejected a plan to hide antimatter bombs among conventional missiles, while Great Xia began a massive space-based and missile assault on Freedom’s ruins.
  • Han Niba’s forces and the armies of Tianxiong and Tianyong attacked the Demon Clan, but Cho'Gath and the Demon Venerables battered through the defenses as civilians rushed to evacuate through the portals.
  • Cho'Gath directed the Burrowing Earth Dragons toward Shengdun Underground City, where Jieshibang imposed martial law and prepared the garrison as the Demon Clan breached the walls.
  • Jieshibang’s soldiers used explosives and tactical nuclear weapons to slow the invasion, but Cho'Gath survived repeated blasts and advanced through the city despite the destruction of its districts.
  • Jieshibang detonated Shengdun’s last one-megaton bomb, destroying the underground city and its millions of inhabitants, while Great Xia lured Kosla into a confined area and killed it with a barrage of nuclear bombs.
  • After learning Kosla had died, Cho'Gath changed course toward Tianxiong Underground City, and Lin Shigong ordered missile units to fire and received authorization to use an antimatter bomb.
  • Lin Shigong, Chen Jianguo, and the command staff debated whether to launch the antimatter bomb on a missile or bury it in the ice as a mine.
Chapters 526–550 Vol. 6 Read

Ch. 526First-level combat readiness in thirty-six underground cities

After the Demon Clan appeared in Eagle Country's Freedom Underground City and destroyed it, Elder Zhao ordered nationwide first-level combat readiness across Great Xia. The leadership decided to contact Lin Mo and the New Hope Plan Group for their firsthand experience fighting the Demon Clan.

  • Secretary Li showed Elder Zhao drone footage confirming that Demon Clan soldiers had emerged from nuclear craters in Freedom.
  • Elder Zhao ordered General Han Niba summoned and activated first-level combat readiness throughout Great Xia's thirty-six underground cities.
  • Great Xia's military forces mobilized, raising missiles and activating radars, strategic weapons, and nuclear submarines within fifteen minutes.
  • Elder Zhao and the leadership concluded that Freedom had likely been destroyed and that a space wormhole could allow more Demon Clan reinforcements to reach Blue Star.
  • Elder Zhao ordered Secretary Li to contact Lin Mo and share the full report on Freedom and the available Demon Clan intelligence.

Ch. 527They Were Gods Straight out of Myth!

Lin Mo joined Great Xia’s leaders to assess the Demon Clan invasion and explain which weapons could threaten its strongest members. He warned that multiple eighth-order Demon Gods had likely arrived on Blue Star, while a proposed missile decoy strategy would probably fail.

  • Lin Mo arrived at the meeting and heard Secretary Li recount how the Demon Clan had reached Blue Star.
  • Lin Mo explained that conventional weapons could handle lower-ranked demons, but nuclear or antimatter bombs were needed against Demon Gods; Great Xia had only three antimatter bombs.
  • Lin Mo argued that the Demon Clan’s willingness to invade despite Ao Lingsi’s death meant it was confident and that multiple eighth-order Demon Gods had likely descended on Blue Star.
  • An elderly man proposed hiding antimatter bombs among conventional missiles to exploit the demons’ attempts to intercept attacks.
  • Lin Mo rejected the plan, saying the demons could sense danger and would likely evade the antimatter bombs.

Ch. 528Orbital weapons strike

Lin Mo and Elder Zhao planned to contain the Demon Clan and prepare for the eighth-order Demon God, while Lin Mo agreed to seek help from Terra and proposed using teleportation magic to deliver an antimatter bomb. Great Xia launched a devastating orbital and missile strike on Freedom Underground City, leaving the ruins engulfed in destruction.

  • Lin Mo agreed to persuade Terra's races to help fight on Blue Star, while Elder Zhao insisted they had no way back and needed other contingency plans.
  • Lin Mo proposed opening a portal to send an antimatter bomb at the enemy, and an elderly man suggested sacrificing an underground city if the eighth-order Demon God entered it.
  • Elder Zhao ordered space-based weapons to target Freedom's ruins and directed the defenses of thirty-six underground cities to attack the surface.
  • Seven minutes later, Tiangang satellites released tungsten-alloy rods that devastated the Demon Clan forces at Freedom's ruins.
  • A space-based laser and missiles from Tianxiong and Tianyong Underground Cities followed, burning and blasting the area until no living creature remained standing.

Ch. 529A seventh-order sacrifice, a winning start!

Han Niba ordered missile and nuclear strikes against the Demon Clan trapped beneath Freedom, while Cho'Gath sent eight Demon Venerables to stop the attacks. A nuclear missile killed a Seventh-Order Demon Venerable, and Cho'Gath erupted in fury as Han Niba ordered the barrage to continue.

  • Han Niba ordered a second wave of earth-penetrating missiles, including nuclear bombs, after the first strike killed more than five thousand Demon Clan units.
  • Trapped deep underground, Cho'Gath sent Yaxes and seven Seventh-Order Demon Venerables to the surface to stop the incoming attacks.
  • The eight Demon Venerables emerged into a devastated landscape and charged at a new wave of missiles, while Yaxes cautiously targeted only missiles he sensed were safe.
  • A Red-Armored Demon Venerable struck a hypersonic nuclear missile and was killed in its three-hundred-kiloton blast, while Yaxes survived the shock wave.
  • Han Niba celebrated the direct hit and ordered the missiles to keep firing, while Cho'Gath sensed the death and vowed to devour the humans.

Ch. 530The Vanguard Army assembled

After Yaxes let the nuclear explosions strike while intercepting conventional missiles, Great Xia ordered the armies of Tianxiong and Tianyong Underground Cities to contain the Demon Clan around Freedom Underground City. Their forces assembled beneath the World Tree, ready to advance toward the ruined surface.

  • Yaxes watched a nuclear mushroom cloud rise and continued intercepting conventional missiles, leaving the nuclear bombs to strike their intended targets.
  • Elder Zhao ordered Tianxiong and Tianyong to deploy and build a firewall against the Demon Clan’s expansion across the surface.
  • Lin Shigong ordered Tianxiong’s forces to assemble after satellite footage showed Demon Clan members still crawling out of the bombed ruins of Freedom Underground City.
  • Tianxiong’s vehicles and soldiers emerged through a surface passage, using World Tree branches to purify radiation along their route.
  • Tianxiong deployed ten thousand robotic dogs, 180 Rock heavy combat platforms, drone formations, and a hundred Pangu-based combat robots.
  • The armies of Tianxiong and Tianyong completed their assembly beneath the World Tree, with soldiers and unmanned forces prepared to advance.

Ch. 531Sworn to defend our home to the death, never retreat a single step!

Lin Shigong sent the combined Tianxiong and Tianyong army toward the Freedom while the Rocket Force bombarded the demons there. In Tianshu Underground City, Han Niba ordered three Tiangang-series Satellites to target the seven Seventh Order Demon Venerables intercepting missiles.

  • Lin Shigong rallied the soldiers to defend their families and ordered them to march out, though he regretted having to remain behind.
  • The army advanced south as the Rocket Force launched repeated salvoes that devastated demons around the Freedom.
  • The advancing soldiers watched Drone footage of the bombardment while rockets continued to blanket the battlefield.
  • Han Niba learned that the seven Seventh Order Demon Venerables were intercepting most missiles and ordered three Tiangang-series Satellites to attack them with lasers.

Ch. 532Orbital cannon bombardment!

Han Niba ordered orbital lasers and the Kuafu’s plasma cannon to support the fight against demons emerging from the Freedom’s wreckage, while Great Xia’s army prepared to encircle them. The chapter left Zheng Jinren’s forces deployed around the demon exits and readying their defenses against both surface and underground attacks.

  • Han Niba ordered three Military Satellites to fire lasers, distracting the demons long enough for a hypersonic missile to breach their defenses and strike the monsters below.
  • Han Niba ordered the Kuafu to bombard demon-packed areas with its Plasma Main Cannon, which burned dozens of demons despite missing the Seventh Order Demon Venerables.
  • Staff officers debated the danger of sending ground forces against seven Seventh Order Demon Venerables, and Han Niba hoped the army would not have to use its hidden countermeasure.
  • The armies from Tianxiong and Tianyong Underground City reached the target area and surrounded the known demon exits around the Freedom’s wreckage.
  • Zheng Jinren ordered the Vanguard Army to prepare for combat and deploy subsurface detectors to catch Giant Burrowing Dragons trying to tunnel beneath the encirclement.
  • Zheng Jinren’s force established a layered defensive line with helicopters, drones, robotic dogs, armored vehicles, Rock Hexapod Platforms, and Fifth Order robots.

Ch. 533Burrowing Earth Dragons Attack!

Zheng Jinren’s forces detected Burrowing Earth Dragons tunneling out from beneath Freedom’s ruins and struck them with earth-penetrating missiles. As the attacks killed or diverted several groups, more seismic sources appeared around the encirclement, including targets nearing the surface.

  • A technician identified underground seismic signals northwest of the defensive line as likely Burrowing Earth Dragons, and Zheng Jinren ordered a precision strike.
  • Earth-penetrating missiles struck the predicted coordinates, and the targets’ seismic signals vanished.
  • More Burrowing Earth Dragons emerged in every direction from Freedom’s ruins, prompting Zheng Jinren to order saturation strikes.
  • The first missile wave hit targets around the encirclement, but one southern dragon changed direction and evaded the strike.
  • Further seismic alarms revealed new groups and shallow burrowers rising near the surface, leaving Zheng Jinren with too little time for missiles to reach them.

Ch. 534Fierce battle, the worst came to pass

Burrowing Earth Dragons opened tunnels beyond the encirclement, allowing waves of Demon Clan creatures to attack the defensive line as Zheng Jinren directed the forces to repel them. The line held under concentrated fire until a seventh-order winged demon demon venerable dived toward the northern section, arriving at the front of the defenses.

  • A Burrowing Earth Dragon surfaced outside the eastern defensive line, and Demon Clan creatures poured from its tunnel as more breaches opened in the west and south.
  • Zheng Jinren ordered long-range fire support, and the unmanned units attacked the creatures emerging from the tunnels.
  • Rock platforms, drones, mechanical dogs, and a fifth-order robot fought off the advancing demons, including fourth-rank heavy armor demon soldiers and other powerful creatures.
  • The defensive line kept the Demon Clan Army suppressed, though monsters continued to climb over the growing piles of corpses.
  • A winged demon demon venerable spotted his army being slaughtered and dived toward the northern defensive line at high speed.
  • The soldiers received an alert for a seventh-order demon venerable, and it swept to the front of the line.

Ch. 535Sacrifice and a Counterkill

The Winged Demon Venerable broke through the northern defensive line, and Zheng Jinren watched the losses mount. A soldier and his comrade detonated a concealed nuclear warhead at close range, killing the Demon Venerable and themselves while devastating both forces around the blast.

  • The Winged Demon Venerable tore through the northern defensive line, destroying machines and killing soldiers as Zheng Jinren watched from the Command Vehicle.
  • A soldier in a nuclear warhead carrier saw the Demon Venerable approach and steadied himself to press the detonation button.
  • The soldier and a comrade in a nearby shell crater triggered the two-hundred-kiloton warhead as the Demon Venerable struck the vehicle.
  • The nuclear blast vaporized the Winged Demon Venerable and destroyed nearby Great Xia and Demon Clan forces, including the two soldiers who triggered it.

Ch. 536The Demon God Appeared

Han Niba ordered the defense line restored and pressed for faster civilian evacuations as an Eighth-Order Demon God emerged beneath the ice. Great Xia’s weapons opened fire on Cho'Gath, but the chapter ended before revealing their effect.

  • Han Niba ordered General Zheng to purify the nuclear blast zone and asked about evacuations, learning only twenty percent of civilians had reached the Portal.
  • Han Niba learned Lin Mo had gone to Terra for reinforcements and ordered staff to contact the Holy Human Race’s Kindling Plan personnel.
  • The six surviving Demon Venerables sensed a terrifying roar and psychic pressure spreading from underground.
  • Cho'Gath emerged from beneath the ice after learning that another Seventh-Order Demon Venerable had died.
  • Great Xia detected Cho'Gath and unleashed its cannons and missiles at him.

Ch. 537One-sided, hopeless!

Cho'Gath slaughtered Great Xia's defensive forces and survived a nuclear blast, while Han Niba ordered a massive missile barrage and rushed the evacuation of Tianxiong and Tianyong Underground Cities. Civilians gathered at the portals, where soldiers ordered them to abandon their luggage and run.

  • Cho'Gath blasted through Great Xia's defensive line at tremendous speed, destroying vehicles, robots, aircraft, and soldiers.
  • A soldier detonated a concealed nuclear bomb, but Cho'Gath emerged unharmed behind his shield and berated Yaxes and the other five Demon Venerables.
  • Han Niba ordered Great Xia's forces to bombard Cho'Gath with every available missile and asked about the evacuation and the agreement with the Holy Human Race.
  • The staff officer reported that about half the civilians had been evacuated through the portals, and Han Niba ordered them to leave their luggage behind and hurry.
  • At the portals beneath the World Tree, an officer relayed Han Niba's order and told the gathered civilians to drop their large bags and run.

Ch. 538Total annihilation: the Demon Clan discovers a new human settlement

As Cho'Gath destroyed Great Xia's defensive line, civilians fled through an evacuation passage while Yaxes searched for human settlements. The chapter ended with Yaxes reporting that he had found an enormous underground human settlement.

  • An officer warned civilians that the Southern Defense Line had fallen, and the crowd abandoned its luggage and rushed toward the portal.
  • Cho'Gath rampaged through Great Xia's defenses, shrugging off missiles and dodging nuclear blasts.
  • Yaxes and the other five seventh-order Demon Venerables scattered to search for human settlements.
  • Cho'Gath annihilated the defensive force, leaving only a few thousand survivors to retreat into the Northern Plains.
  • Yaxes contacted Cho'Gath and reported discovering an enormous human settlement underground.

Ch. 539Eagle Country, Shengdun Underground City

Cho'Gath discovered the humans underground and ordered the Demon Clan Army to tunnel toward their settlement, while Jieshibang watched what he believed were nuclear attacks destroying Freedom Underground City. As Shengdun's residents clung to hope, an overwhelming pressure suddenly enveloped them.

  • Cho'Gath sensed humans beneath the ground and ordered the Burrowing Earth Dragons to carve a new route toward them.
  • Jieshibang learned that seismic waves from Freedom Underground City resembled nuclear explosions and feared the city was under attack.
  • Jieshibang watched the seismic readings spike for hours as Shengdun's Command Center feared Freedom had been destroyed.
  • Jieshibang calmed the panicking staff by insisting that Freedom was still resisting and that Eagle Country would recover once its underground cities united.
  • An invisible, suffocating pressure pierced the rock and enveloped Jieshibang and everyone in the Command Center.

Ch. 540Better them than us-what a fine place to go!

A second wave of pressure from Cho'Gath crushed people in Shengdun Underground City, while Great Xia's Command Center watched him destroy its Antarctic defenses. Han Niba learned that Cho'Gath had flown to the surface above Shengdun to meet Yaxes, and ordered evacuations to continue while the monsters were monitored.

  • Cho'Gath's pressure pinned millions of people in Shengdun Underground City, where some believers mistook the demon's arrival for a miracle.
  • Han Niba watched Cho'Gath overwhelm Great Xia's defenses and worried about civilians still awaiting evacuation from Tianxiong and Tianyong Underground Cities.
  • A staff officer spotted Cho'Gath turning away from the underground cities, and Han Niba ordered uninterrupted satellite and drone surveillance.
  • Han Niba matched Cho'Gath's route with Demon Venerable Six's tracking data and saw him meet Yaxes above Shengdun Underground City.
  • Han Niba ordered the monitoring to continue and urged Tianxiong and Tianyong to speed up their evacuations.

Ch. 541Great Xia is attacking!

Under overwhelming pressure and a nuclear blast, Jieshibang tried to keep Shengdun’s Command Center functioning as staff feared Great Xia had destroyed the Freedom and was about to attack them. He shot a panicking communications soldier, restored a measure of order, and turned to Thompson for a report on the city.

  • Jieshibang ordered the Command Center staff to get up and return to work despite the crushing pressure.
  • A technician reported concentrated explosions above the city, then confirmed that a nuclear bomb of at least a hundred kilotons had detonated on the surface.
  • The staff concluded that Great Xia had destroyed the Freedom and was attacking Shengdun, and panic spread through the Command Center.
  • Jieshibang shot a communications soldier who was wailing that Eagle Country was finished, then warned everyone else not to undermine morale.
  • Jieshibang insisted the reports were only speculation, and several officers echoed his call to resist psychological warfare.
  • Jieshibang found Jenny incapacitated beneath the command console and asked Thompson for a report on the city.

Ch. 542Organize a counterattack! Make the Great Xia people pay!

After a mysterious pressure and shock waves threw Shengdun Underground City into chaos, Jieshibang imposed martial law and prepared to fight Great Xia. As soldiers assembled, tremors began shaking the Third Military Camp from within its surrounding walls.

  • Thompson called the districts and learned that residents were collapsing while religious fanatics and looters spread violence across the city.
  • Jieshibang ordered the garrison to impose martial law, shoot looters on sight, disperse obstructive religious gatherings, and prepare to attack Great Xia.
  • Soldiers deployed to restore order as nearly forty thousand combat troops assembled across twelve military camps with weapons and vehicles.
  • At the Third Military Camp, a lieutenant colonel rallied five thousand soldiers against Great Xia despite the pressure weakening them.
  • The ground began trembling repeatedly, and the lieutenant colonel and his adjutant realized the muffled rumbling seemed to come from inside the nearby walls.

Ch. 543What the hell was this monster!

A gigantic Burrowing Earth Dragon bored through the Dome Wall into the Third Military Camp, killing Brian and shrugging off most of the soldiers’ gunfire. As the lieutenant colonel faced the fully emerged beast, countless dark red eyes appeared deeper inside the wall.

  • Brian heard grinding inside the Dome Wall and spotted cracks spreading through the concrete.
  • The wall shattered, and the Burrowing Earth Dragon crushed Brian as it forced its way into the camp.
  • The lieutenant colonel ordered more than five thousand soldiers to open fire, but most bullets bounced off the monster’s armor.
  • The Burrowing Earth Dragon emerged fully, revealing a body over a hundred meters long that crushed buildings, vehicles, and fortifications.
  • A sergeant froze with an anti-tank rocket launcher when countless dark red eyes lit up inside the opening and deep in the rock.

Ch. 544Mad! The commander had gone mad!

Burrowing Earth Dragons and the Demon Clan Army broke through Shengdun Underground City's defenses, devastating its barracks and driving its soldiers into retreat. City Lord Jieshibang ordered tactical nuclear bombs used against the invading monsters, stopping their advance at the cost of the civilians caught in the blasts.

  • A Black sergeant attached C4 to a Burrowing Earth Dragon, but its violent thrashing devastated the Third Barracks and killed or wounded more than a third of the soldiers there.
  • Five Burrowing Earth Dragons breached Shengdun Underground City's domed walls, allowing the Demon Clan Army to flood into the city and overwhelm its cramped defenses.
  • City Lord Jieshibang ordered soldiers to pack defensive positions with C4 and blow up strongpoints they lost, but Heavy Armor Demon Soldiers and Sixth Rank monsters survived the explosions.
  • Jieshibang ordered tactical nuclear bombs detonated at fallen intersections, vaporizing invading monsters and civilians and halting the Demon Clan Army's advance.
  • The surviving soldiers cheered as the nuclear blasts stopped the monsters.

Ch. 545Was it dead?

Cho'Gath entered Shengdun Underground City, and Jieshibang ordered a hundred-kiloton nuclear strike after a miniature bomb failed to harm it. The blast devastated the city, but the Command Center could not tell whether Cho'Gath had died and sent soldiers to investigate.

  • Cho'Gath broke through the city's overhead structure and entered Shengdun Underground City, terrifying the soldiers and Command Center staff.
  • Jieshibang ordered the soldiers to detonate a Miniature Nuclear Bomb beneath Cho'Gath, but its energy shield absorbed the blast.
  • Jieshibang overruled objections and ordered a hundred-kiloton warhead used despite the danger to civilians.
  • A wounded soldier detonated the warhead beside Cho'Gath, and the blast vaporized everything near ground zero, damaged the city, and disabled nearby electronics.
  • Jieshibang learned that the surviving camera feeds could not show whether Cho'Gath had been killed, so he ordered soldiers from the ninth duty post to confirm it in person.

Ch. 546Oh God! This defies science!

Leo and Parker were sent into the nuclear blast zone, where they discovered that the enormous monster had survived the close-range nuclear explosion. They escaped and reported back as soldiers confirmed the monster was moving toward Residential District Six and other monsters were active again.

  • The second lieutenant ordered Leo and Parker to investigate the nuclear blast zone, and they drove through the devastated, radioactive streets.
  • Leo and Parker heard heavy footsteps in the haze and saw the colossal monster emerge, protected by a purple energy shield.
  • The monster stomped near their vehicle, and Leo reversed and drove away with Parker before they were crushed.
  • Leo and Parker reported that the monster had survived the nuclear blast, leaving the Command Center stunned.
  • Frontline soldiers reported that the monster was moving toward Residential District Six and that monsters were active around the blast zone and emerging from drainage channels.

Ch. 547Shengdun's final chapter

Jieshibang and Shengdun's remaining defenders sacrificed the city with repeated nuclear blasts to slow Cho'Gath, but the monster reached their final shelter. As demons overwhelmed the entrance and Cho'Gath broke through the ceiling, Jieshibang still held the last one-megaton bomb's detonator.

  • Jieshibang ordered Shengdun's forces to detonate nuclear bombs along Cho'Gath's route, destroying districts and killing civilians as they tried to slow it.
  • Cho'Gath continued advancing through the Underground City while explosions and radiation consumed habitable space and dwindling survivors.
  • Jieshibang, Thompson, and just over a hundred soldiers gathered in the farthest emergency shelter beside their last one-megaton bomb.
  • The Demon Clan's vanguard attacked the shelter, and the defenders opened fire as larger Heavy Armor Demon Soldiers pushed through the passage.
  • Cho'Gath smashed through the ceiling above the shelter, its dark purple shield appearing through the crack.

Ch. 548The Demon Clan Found Great Xia's Underground Cities

Jieshibang detonated a one-megaton nuclear warhead in Shengdun Underground City, destroying the city and its millions of residents. Elsewhere, Seventh-Order Demon Venerable Kosla traced missile attacks to Great Xia’s underground cities and was caught in a series of carefully aimed strikes.

  • Jieshibang watched the shelter’s defenders fight the Demon Clan, then pressed the detonator and set off a nuclear warhead beneath Shengdun Underground City.
  • The nuclear blast destroyed Shengdun Underground City and the millions of Eagle Country citizens inside it.
  • Kosla followed incoming missiles across Antarctica, realized humans were misleading it with launches from different directions, and searched the icefields for their source.
  • Kosla spotted the glowing World Tree above Great Xia’s Tianxiong and Tianyong Underground Cities, saw missile launches around it, and flew toward the tree.
  • Great Xia unleashed successive missile attacks and a nuclear bomb; Kosla narrowly escaped the blasts, but another nuclear flash erupted along its climb.

Ch. 549The Demon God's Fury

Human forces killed Kosla with a coordinated barrage of nuclear bombs, while Cho'Gath emerged from beneath the ruins of Shengdun and learned of Kosla's death. At Tianxiong Underground City, Lin Shigong's command center celebrated the apparent destruction of the Seventh-Order Demon Venerable, unaware that Cho'Gath was flying toward Kosla's final coordinates.

  • Human missiles drove Kosla into a confined area, where more than a dozen nuclear bombs detonated and killed it.
  • Cho'Gath burst out from beneath Shengdun, survived the earlier nuclear blast, and set out to destroy nearby human gathering points.
  • Cho'Gath received Kosla's report, then sensed its mental link vanish and realized that Kosla had died.
  • Furious at losing another Seventh-Order Demon Venerable, Cho'Gath abandoned his initial target and flew toward Kosla's final coordinates.
  • At Tianxiong Underground City's command center, Lin Shigong's forces reviewed the footage and concluded that the nuclear barrage had killed Kosla.
  • The command center erupted in cheers over Kosla's apparent death.

Ch. 550What do we do? What do we do?!!!

After Cho'Gath emerged from the ice above the Shengdun, it first headed toward New York Underground City, then changed course toward Tianxiong Underground City. Lin Shigong received authorization to use Great Xia's sole antimatter bomb there, but the commanders argued over how to deploy it as Cho'Gath approached.

  • Lin Shigong ordered the Command Center to search for threats after the Seventh-Order Demon Venerable was killed by a nuclear bomb array.
  • A communications soldier reported that Cho'Gath had emerged from the shattered ice above the Shengdun, and Lin Shigong ordered its flight path calculated.
  • The communications soldier reported that Cho'Gath was heading toward New York Underground City, prompting Lin Shigong to continue monitoring it.
  • The communications soldier announced that Cho'Gath had changed course and was heading toward Tianxiong Underground City, so Lin Shigong ordered missile units to fire everything they could launch.
  • Lin Shigong requested permission to use the antimatter bomb, and Celestial Pivot City Command Center authorized its use.
  • Lin Shigong, Chen Jianguo, and their staff argued over whether to launch the antimatter bomb on a missile or bury it in the ice as a mine.
