For once, Bai Yaoyao was fired up enough to give everyone a pep talk.
"Haha, let's do this! Every one of us in Dark Night is going to break through, and without Crystal Cores!" Monkey stood up, threw both hands into the air, and shouted.
"I've rested enough! I'll go barbecue some meat for you." Bai Yaoyao took out the ingredients and grilling equipment, ready to get up and get to work. She was happy today.
Both she and A-Dai had reached level seven. That called for a celebration.
Her cooking skills had nothing to do with it. She just occasionally felt the urge to do some work!
"Don't, Sister Yao! You really don't have to!"
"Take a break, sis! I want to give you a back massage! If you turn me down, I'll be heartbroken." Monkey practically scrambled over himself as he lunged toward Bai Yaoyao.
If they actually let Sister Yao cook, they would be the ones suffering in the end. They had to nip this in the bud.
Seeing this, Great Sage hurriedly scooped up the ingredients and barbecue tools and ran farther away.
Surviving the Apocalypse was hard enough. Wasting food was shameful!
Bai Yaoyao had severely overdrawn her Special Ability and was utterly exhausted. She couldn't win an argument against all of them.

They planned to look around the Resort, their destination for this mission. Although they had lured the Zombies out, a few might have slipped through the net.
