Ye Buyu and the other Contestants entered the final elimination round in the Present World's Land of Exile, where they had to weaken the man-made calamity [Pollution]. The Contestants were scattered across the Land of Exile, and Su Wuwei contacted his teammates while waiting for Ye Buyu to respond.

• The [King of Withering and Flourishing] invited Ye Buyu to meet him at the [Withered Glory Theatre] if she won, promising to reveal things Little Whale did not know.
• Qi Qingyu announced that the final round would take place in the Present World's Land of Exile and that Contestants had to weaken [Pollution] or kill it.
• He Chuan and Liang Xiao warned Hold Up the Heavens that other teams would oppose them as they pursued first place.
• The Contestants entered the portals, and the audience began watching them through camera feeds.
• Su Wuwei arrived alone in the Land of Exile, used golden flames to clear the area, and contacted his teammates, but Ye Buyu had not replied.

Ye Buyu was dropped into the Calamity Lord [Pollution]’s stronghold and escaped his followers by poisoning them, only to be pursued by the terrifying little boy himself. Her attacks seemed to purify him, and the chapter ended with him eagerly chasing her and asking her to hit him again.

• Ye Buyu landed in the enemy’s main base, where eight Calamities confronted her before the little boy on the throne.
• Ye Buyu threw bombs laced with poison and fled while the Calamities succumbed to bizarre symptoms.
• The little boy killed the eight Calamities by clapping, then left the hall to pursue Ye Buyu.
• The little boy caught up with Ye Buyu, who punched him and discovered that her attacks could purify him.

Ye Buyu was chased by [Pollution] after appearing in the Calamities’ headquarters, then fought back and smashed it into a blood mist before trying to escape. When [Pollution] returned and drove off its own subordinates, Ye Buyu faced it again and challenged it, leaving the spectators stunned.

• Ye Buyu fled through [Pollution]’s headquarters as viewers across the Present World watched in horror.
• Ye Buyu used her Light Wheel, gun, Soul Threads, and giant mallet to tear [Pollution] apart and pound it into a blood mist, then ran away.
• Eight Calamities surrounded Ye Buyu after she left the headquarters, but [Pollution] returned and exploded one of them before ordering the others to clean the great hall.
• Ye Buyu noticed that [Pollution] feared neither killing its subordinates nor showing its disgust for them, then turned to face it and asked, “Are you asking to die?”

Ye Buyu talked the little boy into letting her stay in [Pollution]'s headquarters, where she planned to gain power from the Calamities and fight back. She left her allies horrified by sending them photos of herself posing with the Calamity Master.

• Ye Buyu clarified that she could remove the little boy's Calamity Aura, but he warned he would kill her once she stopped being fun.
• Ye Buyu claimed she lacked power, so the little boy offered to make Calamities die repeatedly and lead her inside to collect their remains.
• Ye Buyu followed the little boy into the great hall, where Lord-Tier and King-level Calamities scrubbed the floor, and decided to build up her power there.
• Ye Buyu asked to take a picture, posed with the little boy flashing a peace sign, and sent it to the Difficult Problems Crusher group.

Ye Buyu reported that she had found [Pollution]'s base and described the Calamity Master and its unusual obsession with cleanliness. The other Contestants struggled to believe her account as she sent them a photo of the creature playing with Purification Light Wheels.

• The audience reacted with horror to Ye Buyu's photos of the Calamity Master and the Abyss.
• Ye Buyu told Mu Bingge and Kou Ying that she saw the Calamity Master as a little boy, then shared her location with the group.
• Ye Buyu reported that [Pollution]'s base held one Calamity Master, seven Lords, and one King, prompting He Chuan to rage at her casual assessment.

Ye Buyu followed [Pollution] toward a calamity gathering ground after it offered to turn more calamities into energy for her. As her allies gathered nearby, Mu Bingge and Su Wuwei entered the ruined area, where Su explained why he believed the people transformed by [Pollution] had brought their fate upon themselves.

• Little Boy offered Ye Buyu more calamities as energy and asked her to make a huge white thing to clean the area.
• Ye Buyu warned the group that [Pollution] was heading to a calamity gathering ground, and her allies began converging.
• Mu Bingge and Su Wuwei approached the gathering ground, sliced apart attacking sea monsters, and entered the ruined city.
• Su Wuwei said the calamities had once been people and explained that the Land of Exile had fallen because its inhabitants chose to become calamities.
• Mu Bingge described how [Streetlamp] and [Trickery] had killed exploitative capitalists and corrupt politicians, while Su Wuwei argued that the people afflicted by [Pollution] deserved their fate.

Su Wuwei told Mu Bingge how the people of the Land of Exile brought about their own destruction by concealing pollution and trying to control a Calamity Master. They found a group of Calamities and split up to fight, but the Priest they sought was absent.

• Su Wuwei recounted how [Trickery] and [Streetlamp] had killed those who exploited Doomsday, and how [Pollution] had turned most people in the Land of Exile into Calamities.
• A humanoid Calamity accused Su Wuwei and the Present World of abandoning its people, but Su Wuwei blamed the people of the Land of Exile for causing their own disaster.
• Su Wuwei explained that the people had recklessly released pollution and experimented in an attempt to control a Calamity Master.
• Mu Bingge detected forty-eight Calamities, including five Blessed Ones and one Priest, and ordered Su Wuwei to leave none alive while capturing the Priest.
• Mu Bingge and Su Wuwei attacked from opposite directions, but Su Wuwei realized the Priest was not there.

Su Wuwei and Mu Bingge fought Blessed Ones and a Priest-class Calamity, whose words revealed that its people had concealed [Pollution] and conducted experiments that turned humans into Calamities. The Priest died in an explosion, and observers outside were left wondering what information Mu Bingge and Su Wuwei had learned.

• Su Wuwei crushed a Blessed One and left its remnant materials behind.
• Mu Bingge confronted the Priest, resisted its [Pollution], and heard it mistake her for a Calamity.
• The Priest described experiments that used [Pollution] to turn people into Calamities and accused Mu Bingge and Su Wuwei of doing the same.
• Mu Bingge kicked the Priest into a rock, then killed it with a sharp Water Mirror as Su Wuwei condemned its actions.
• The observers outside could not hear the conversation and speculated about what Mu Bingge and Su Wuwei had learned.

The Horizon Team found the Number Two Gathering Place, where they gathered materials and investigated the Calamities’ ritual, while the Hold Up the Heavens Team headed there to meet Ye Buyu. Little Boy revealed that he knew Ye Buyu had mentioned the location and promised to show her a seemingly happy story there.

• The spectators learned that Calamities at the Number Two Gathering Place performed a ritual before dying, and Yark stayed awake to watch the teams.
• Wei Changming, Guan Xiaomei, Meng He, and the Horizon Team explored the gathering place, collected materials, and learned from a Calamity that it viewed the ritual as a blessing that spared it further torment.
• Chu Lie led the Horizon Team toward a square where they expected the ritual to take place, and Wei Changming urged everyone to reach the fifth order before Hold Up the Heavens arrived.
• Su Wuwei and Mu Bingge met He Chuan and other contestants after clearing their gathering places, then decided to travel to the Number Two Gathering Place to meet Ye Buyu despite the Calamity Master beside her.

Ye Buyu brought [Pollution] to Number Two Gathering Place while arranging for the Contestants to prepare for purification and investigate the strange ritual. As the group searched for clues, Lou Guanshan and Kou Ying discovered that clean stones in the square had once formed a statue.

• Ye Buyu warned the Contestants that [Pollution] was heading to Number Two Gathering Place and told them to prepare for purification, scout the area, and avoid rash attacks.
• Su Wuwei and He Chuan led the remaining Contestants toward Number Two Base, while Mo Yue and the Horizon Team discussed the ritual and suspected it recreated an event from the past.
• Meng He explained that Calamities could not reveal the ritual's details, so Lou Guanshan, Wan Lan, and Kou Ying joined the Horizon Team to investigate.

Lou Guanshan, Wan Lan, and the others uncovered uncontaminated stone in the square, provoking the Calamities and forcing the group onto a raised platform. As more people gathered, Ye Buyu arrived beside a huge burning mass of flesh and called it ugly.

• Lou Guanshan and Wan Lan gathered the clean sand and stone, drawing the Calamities’ attention and causing Abyss Filth to pour from the surrounding buildings.
• Kou Ying identified the sludge as Abyss Filth, and Lou Guanshan raised a large earthen platform to keep the group above it.
• Wen Ling, Mo Yue, Fu Sheng, Su Wuwei, and Mu Bingge arrived at the platform, where Wan Lan explained what they had discovered.
• Ye Buyu appeared beside a massive creature in the sky and remarked that the burning mass of flesh was ugly.

Ye Buyu faced [Pollution] at Number Two Gathering Place, where she saw it as an ugly lump and spoke casually with Little Boy while her teammates saw a terrifying Calamity. When [Pollution] seized her during the rescue, Ye Buyu punched it away, leaving her allies stunned.

• Ye Buyu told Little Boy that he looked better than the people burning in the sky, while the spectators and her teammates struggled to understand her behavior.
• Little Boy called Ye Buyu's arriving teammates cleaners and threatened to kill them if she tried to leave.
• Su Wuwei, Mu Bingge, Kou Ying, Wan Lan, and Lou Guanshan attacked [Pollution] and tried to pull Ye Buyu free.
• Ye Buyu shouted for both sides to stop fighting and let go of her, and Su Wuwei and Kou Ying released her.
• [Pollution] grabbed Ye Buyu and called her its toy, so she punched it down and sent it flying out of sight.

Little Boy showed Ye Buyu and the others the story of how people had experimented on and mutilated it, then tried to make it devour someone it cared about. The story left off as the people urged Little Boy to eat the dead man, claiming it was his last wish.

• Little Boy cleared the plaza of abyss filth, revealed its childlike appearance, and invited Ye Buyu and the others to watch a story.
• Little Boy reenacted how researchers had fed it concentrated pollution and other hazardous substances to empower it for their ambitions.
• Groups of people drained Little Boy’s blood, cut off its flesh, and modified its body as they mutated themselves.
• Lou Guanshan tried to interrupt the reenactment, but a transparent barrier prevented him from entering the plaza.
• Food and picture books appeared beside Little Boy, and it seemed to listen to an unseen person.
• Researchers brought an invisible dead person to Little Boy and urged it to eat him, claiming that doing so would fulfill his last wish.

Little Boy learned from a recording that humans had tortured and killed Blue Sea, then unleashed its power and destroyed the island. It left the island transformed into a Calamity’s territory, still trying to erase the filth as fighter jets surrounded it.

• A man smashed Little Boy’s statue and told it that Blue Sea had been eaten and had never wanted to die.
• Humans left Little Boy a video apologizing and showing Blue Sea refusing to help them experiment on people and control Little Boy’s power.
• Little Boy watched Blue Sea die after the monsters whipped him, then decided it wanted to kill them too.
• Little Boy unleashed a tsunami and destroyed the island, turning it into a Calamity’s territory.
• Little Boy kept sweeping the island in search of filth until fighter jets surrounded it.

Little Boy revealed how the Land of Exile was created and explained that he was only half a Calamity Master. He hoped that purifying him would wake Lan Hai, whose soul he had preserved, and Ye Buyu considered whether the soul could be freed.

• Little Boy recounted how humans repeatedly attacked the Calamities, leading to the creation of the Land of Exile.
• Su Wuwei said the people there had brought their fate upon themselves by strengthening [Pollution] despite repeated chances to stop.
• Little Boy told the group that he was only half a Calamity Master and could sense another self behind an enormous door.
• Little Boy revealed that he hoped purification would wake Lan Hai, whose soul he had kept intact.
• Ye Buyu considered whether Lan Hai could break free of a blessing Mark and return to the River of Forgetfulness, and Little Whale urged her to try using the escape mechanism.

Ye Buyu and the Hold Up the Heavens Team considered trying to separate Blue Sea’s soul from [Pollution], while [Pollution] recognized familiar faces among them. Ye Buyu offered to enter [Pollution]’s soul, and the team began planning how to protect her body.

• Ye Buyu decided the HP-lock mechanism let her risk touching [Pollution], but Mu Bingge pulled her back and asked for time to discuss the plan.
• [Pollution] recognized Su Wuwei and someone it mistook for Kou Cheqie'er, while Wan Lan teased the team about their alternate identities.
• [Pollution] asked whether the team could use Ye Buyu’s white Light Wheel, and Meng He explained that her skill had mutated from a Purification Halo.
• Ye Buyu said she had a fifty-fifty chance of entering [Pollution]’s soul and asked the team to purify it from outside and protect her sleeping body.

Ye Buyu entered [Pollution]’s Soul World to find Blue Sea and free him, while her teammates restrained [Pollution] outside. She began using Thousand Tides Tracing the Moon on Blue Sea’s stone statue as [Pollution] struggled against the team.

• Ye Buyu planned to enter [Pollution]’s Soul World, and her teammates agreed to restrain it and keep her body safe.
• Ye Buyu struck [Pollution] with the Whale-Head Hammer, then sent her soul into its Soul World.
• [Pollution] led Ye Buyu through a dark maze to Blue Sea’s stone statue, surrounded by sketchbooks, snacks, and toys.
• Ye Buyu used Thousand Tides Tracing the Moon to shine light on the statue, and a crack appeared as [Pollution] watched from afar.
• [Pollution] transformed into a tentacled behemoth and tried to escape, so Wan Lan, Lou Guanshan, Mu Bingge, Su Wuwei, Kou Ying, the Horizon Team, and the others worked together to restrain it.

Ye Buyu entered [Pollution]'s soul world and found Blue Sea's soul, but he attacked her, believing she was trying to harm Little White. After [Pollution] explained that Ye Buyu and the fighters outside were helping, Blue Sea refused to leave or be revived, and Ye Buyu left to let them decide what to do.

• Mo Yue, Fu Sheng, He Chuan, Chen Xiaoli, Liang Xiao, and the other fighters restrained and dismembered [Pollution]'s body outside.
• Ye Buyu watched the statue shatter and Blue Sea's soul appear, then discovered that Blue Sea had mistaken her for an enemy and attacked her.
• Ye Buyu broke free and fought Blue Sea, but [Pollution] stepped between them to stop her spear from striking him.
• [Pollution] explained that Ye Buyu and the fighters were helpers, but Blue Sea refused to leave or return to life because he did not want [Pollution] to die.
• Ye Buyu left the soul world, telling Blue Sea and [Pollution] to decide what they wanted and to call her afterward.

Ye Buyu returned from Blue Sea and learned that he refused to leave [Pollution], whom he called Little White. After Kou Ying revealed that Little White was wasting away to sustain Blue Sea, Ye Buyu offered to separate their fused souls, and they agreed to try.

• Ye Buyu told the group that Blue Sea had awakened but refused to leave because his soul had fused with [Pollution].
• Blue Sea apologized for attacking Ye Buyu and explained that he would not return to human society, and Lou Guanshan accepted his choice while warning that they would oppose him if he threatened the Present World.
• Blue Sea asked what they would do with Little White, and Kou Ying revealed that Little White was damaging its own soul to nourish his.
• Blue Sea realized that either he or Little White would die if they stayed fused or separated without help.
• Ye Buyu proposed separating their souls based on the Twin Priests' example, and Little White volunteered to undergo the procedure.

Ye Buyu and the others planned to sever Little White’s connection to the Calamities in the Land of Exile by creating a new host for [Pollution]. The teams joined her surgical plan, while observers outside grew alarmed and the Present World Union chose to let the operation proceed.

• Little White admitted that it still wanted to kill the Calamities connected to it, even if doing so cost its own life.
• Ye Buyu offered to sever Little White’s connection in exchange for its help killing the Calamities and giving the team their materials.
• Kou Ying explained that creating another [Pollution] could give the Calamities a new host and break their shared-origin connection to Little White.
• The Horizon Team and other allies joined Ye Buyu’s surgical team, and she proposed cutting Little White in half to separate the two entities.
• Viewers outside the Land of Exile feared the plan might provoke [Pollution], but the Great Xia representative and Qin Yue agreed not to intervene unless the situation got out of hand.

Ye Buyu and the teams began a dangerous operation to split [Pollution] and reunite Little White and Blue Sea’s scattered souls. They separated the monster’s body and started drawing soul fragments toward its restrained core, but the surgery was still underway.

• Ye Buyu assigned Horizon Team to cut [Pollution] and Hold Up the Heavens Team to stitch its soul together, while warning Little White that he and Blue Sea had to survive as one.
• Wei Changming and his allies combined their abilities into a massive saber and split [Pollution] in half, stopping its regeneration long enough for the teams to pull the halves apart.
• Su Wuwei severed the remaining connection between the halves, and Lou Guanshan extracted [Pollution]’s core for Kou Ying to restrain.
• Wan Lan, Mu Bingge, and Ye Buyu used wind blades, Water Mirrors, and Soul Threads to guide the soul fragments toward the core.

He Chuan, Mo Yue, Wen Ling, and the others successfully joined the two souls into a pure core, then fought the King-level Calamity and its Lord-Tier allies. The battle continued as their team overwhelmed the four Lords, ending with Mu Bingge trapping them in a water vortex.

• Chen Jiu's and He Chuan's shells, along with Mo Yue's and Wen Ling's, crumbled as the two souls joined around a pure core.
• He Chuan reflected that human anger and defiance might have given rise to Man-Made Calamities, while the King-level Calamity charged for the core.
• Mo Yue, He Chuan, Wen Ling, and the others attacked the King-level Calamity, interrupting its attempt to seize the core.
• Wei Changming and his teammates confronted the four Lord-Tier Calamities as Su Wuwei, Kou Ying, Lou Guanshan, and Wan Lan struck them with chains, shadows, earth, and an arrow.

Ye Buyu and the others helped Blue Sea and Little White reconstruct their bodies while fighting off Calamities, then began the plan to split [Pollution] into two Calamity Masters. Outside, Cheng Wei explained the operation to the audience as the screens went dark, leaving the outcome uncertain.

• Horizon and Hold Up the Heavens killed the four Lord-Tier Calamities while He Chuan and the others severely wounded the King-level Calamity.
• Ye Buyu urged Blue Sea and Little White to use uncontaminated stone fragments to reconstruct their bodies, then removed the Soul Threads once the stone wrapped around them.
• The wounded Calamity accused Ye Buyu and the others of siding with Calamities, and Wan Lan silenced it by stabbing an arrow into its throat.
• The ground trembled as black pillars of light surged toward the stone sphere around Blue Sea and Little White, and the screens outside went dark.

Little White destroyed the Calamity Tide while Blue Sea gathered the materials, and the two decided to annihilate the Land of Exile. Before leaving for the Third Zone or somewhere deeper, Blue Sea exchanged contact information with Ye Buyu and the others.

• The Calamities charged Number Two Gathering Place, but Little White appeared and crushed three Lord-Tier Calamities who mistook it for a new Calamity Master.
• Little White transformed into a giant Black Octopus and swept through the Calamity Tide, while Blue Sea collected the materials it left behind for Ye Buyu and the others.
