Ye Buyu and Hold Up the Heavens recovered after defeating [Earthshaker], and Lou Guanshan learned that his teammates had injured him while stopping him from being possessed. Just as they celebrated, Yark warned that powerful Calamities were gathering around them in the Level Seven Region, leaving the team facing a new threat.
Hold Up the Heavens faced an overwhelming Calamity army, and the Withered Glory Theatre revealed it had staged their confrontation as a production. Ye Buyu accepted a Black Bookmark that awakened an ancient power, leaving a crescent moon rising over the darkened sky.
Hold Up the Heavens helped [Earthshaker] and Panshi Star Will bring a giant formed from the land toward the Present World. The group celebrated their return while the stunned onlookers and [Wind and Thunder King] reacted to the impossible spectacle.
Ye Buyu’s group reached the Present World’s front line with Panshi Star, carried in the form of a giant, and tried to explain their unbelievable return. Wusu read their script and began confirming that the giant was an ally who planned to settle beside the Present World.
The Hold Up the Heavens Team brought Panshi Star into the Present World, triggering alarms and panic as its land joined the world. After the shaking stopped, Wan Lan welcomed Panshi Star, and Lou Guanshan declared it a new land within the Present World.
The Present World’s tremors ended after Panshi Star’s land connected to it, and Lou Guanshan explained that the land would now offer protection and blessings. The Narrator then revealed the ancient history behind the upheaval to audiences across the world, leaving Flora, Hadd, and the others stunned by Hold Up the Heavens’ role.
Hold Up the Heavens was introduced to the Present World as the Withered Glory Theatre’s Hall of Fame Leading Actors, but the team rejected the title and attacked Narrator. They beat him down on camera and demanded payment for healing him.
Hold Up the Heavens beat the Withered Glory Theatre’s Narrator during a worldwide broadcast, then their display of power prompted the Present World’s leaders to debate how to keep them from causing more havoc. The chapter ended with Great Xia’s supreme leader revealing that the team had formed only a few months earlier, entirely by its members’ own choice.
The leaders proposed sending Hold Up the Heavens’ six members to different places, offering resources and protection in exchange. After reviewing their invitations, the teammates accepted their separate assignments and promised to meet again.
Ye Buyu joined Newmanda at the Scholars' Association and sought information about [Tempest Fiend] while Little Whale revealed a threat to the Present World at the front line. She persuaded Newmanda to consider taking the Scholars' Association there in half a month, and they entered its mobile library.
Ye Buyu arrived at the Scholars' Association and helped its scholars make major progress in Soul Power research. Huang Songming obtained records on the Tempest Fiend and revealed that she was watching over Ye Buyu to ensure the power behind her did not harm her.
Ye Buyu admitted that her suggestions had led the scholars to raise Soul Power concentration to three hundred times its usual level, causing chaos aboard the battleship. Huang Songming then dragged Ye Buyu to the training grounds to spar, despite her protests that she was only Fourth Tier.
Ye Buyu helped the Scholars' Association expand soul power research while growing stronger through training with Huang Songming. During a spar, Huang Songming entered Ye Buyu's Mindscape and discovered the remains of the [Whale of Wailing], but she judged them harmless and let Ye Buyu keep them; Ye Buyu later found Little Whale safe.
Wan Lan continued teaching at Orbis Academy while preparing to collect her Honorary Knight medal, and she tormented Duke Slyder during their carriage ride to the Royal Knights. The chapter ended with Slyder furious and threatening Wan Lan.
Wan Lan collected her Honorary Knight medal and secured permission to consult the Royal Knights' Archives for information on Calamities. After she entered, Kelin praised Hold Up the Heavens and wondered what Wan Lan might have contributed to the world.
Wan Lan investigated the forces behind the Calamities and suspected the [Void Order] was connected to Kou Ying. Meanwhile, Su Wuwei returned to the Construction Engineering Institute with Yang You and revealed his strained relationship with the Institute's leadership over his secret identity and his choice to join young teammates.
Su Wuwei explained why he hid his identity as half a founder of the Construction Engineering Institute and told Wang Jianshe he intended to remain with Hold Up the Heavens. The chapter ended with Wang Jianshe and Yang You bickering while Su Wuwei asked to take tea back to his teammates.
Su Wuwei, Wang Jianshe, and Yang You arranged to watch over Kou Ying in the Americas while bickering about who would protect him. At Ayr Academy, Kou Ying decided his students needed crisis-based training to master Soul Power and went to discuss it with the Principal, leaving them terrified.
Maisa challenged Kou Ying to a fight at Nini Home, a Third Zone Simulation Arena in the Americas, and the students and staff gathered to watch. As they arrived, Maisa revealed that his father was inside, while Kou Ying remained unfazed by his classmates’ doubts.
Maisa boasted that Hold Up the Heavens had only succeeded through luck, then revealed his level-four administrator status in Nini Home and challenged Kou Ying to a simulation. The group entered the unfinished [Earthshaker] scenario as influential observers gathered, and Kaitis arrived as the challenge was about to begin.
Kana Mei watched Kou Ying test himself and the Ayr Academy students against a simulation of [Earthshaker], a Calamity whose power overwhelmed them before they could even see it. After Kou Ying failed to stop it alone, Kana Mei urged him to collect the resources he had earned, and he resolved to keep teaching his teammates.
Kou Ying revealed himself as Nini Home’s Creator and forced Maisa and the other students to learn Soul Power by repeatedly confronting projections of the Three Great Calamities. After the ordeal, he introduced himself to the senior figures watching and asked them to provide the resources they had agreed upon.
Kaitis defended Kou Ying's claim to resources, and Kaname persuaded the old-timers to support him. After learning that Mu Bingge was also achieving major success in North Russia, Kaitis reflected on how each member of Hold Up the Heavens dominated their own field.
Mu Bingge won over Viksu Academy through relentless endurance training, practical teaching, and challenges against its teachers. After most students mastered Soul Power, she went to the Steel Corps as a special instructor.
Mu Bingge continued training the Steel Corps while Lou Guanshan caught up on his teammates’ achievements and watched Ye Buyu explain the Scholars' Association’s chaotic experiments in a news interview. The chapter ended with Lou Guanshan heading to deliver supplies to a battle zone, accompanied by Bai Zhao, who chose that duty over contacting the Scholars' Association.
