Dense swarms of small robots surrounded the Ferris Wheel Building, some moving along the ground, others flying through the air. Lizard People prowled nearby, too.
These mutant monsters had completely encircled the area.
The moment Qin Luo and Xu Duoduo arrived, the monsters began stirring.
So did the man in a suit on the Ferris wheel, who had set his sights on them.

Xu Duoduo used her spatial ability to add a Spatial Protective Shield around Qin Luo, then carried Little Deer to a safe, sturdy spot nearby. Little Deer was so exhausted that she was vomiting blood.
