Xu Duoduo turned to glance at him. Because of the heat, Big Dog wore only a tank top and a lightweight, long-sleeved combat uniform, with some of the buttons left undone.
She immediately spotted his sweat-drenched collarbones, and the sight left this zombie positively dazed.
A few decidedly indecent images flashed through her mind.

Xu Duoduo silently repented for a second, but her eyes kept straying toward him.
Her gaze made Qin Luo's back prickle. He instinctively wanted to cover his butt, but then figured that even with her zombie brain, Xu Duoduo wouldn't do anything to him in broad daylight.
"Tsk, what are you looking at? If you want to touch my tail, that can wait until we're home tonight!"
Big Dog's face flushed.
"Xu Duoduo, rein it in! That look in your eyes is downright filthy!"

Xu Duoduo sighed and turned back around, continuing to watch the survivors evacuate.
Qin Luo found a spot beside her and sat down, surveying their surroundings too. With a snap of his fingers, he activated his Thunderstorm Ability. Two bolts of lightning instantly struck beside the two safe corridors, forming two suspended electric fences.
Any monster that touched them would be zapped so hard its skeleton would show like an X-ray.
Xu Duoduo let out a "Wow" and applauded Big Dog with a completely expressionless face. Then she conjured an ice pop and slipped it into Qin Luo's hand. In return, Qin Luo handed her the six-star Giant Octopus mutant core for safekeeping.
The six-star mutant core was beautiful.
It felt cool in Xu Duoduo's hand. "Now we're just missing Xiaofei's mutant core."
How nice would it be to get a six-star wind-type mutant core too?
