From the teleportation passage through the Twisting Nether, the vast universe lay spread out before them.

Countless stars glittered, and magnificent rivers of stars stretched into boundless darkness.

This was Kairoz's first journey beyond a physical planet, and the immensity of the universe left him awestruck.

The fel within the Voidway had established stable Teleportation Anchors across countless Planes of Reality.

On this journey to the Pantheon, Kairoz experienced the Burning Legion's might firsthand.

The Burning Legion possessed Burning Legion Portals connecting millions of Planes of Reality, armies numbering in the millions of demons, and hundreds of enormous Void Warships.

Clearly, the rumors of the Burning Legion campaigning across worlds and invading countless planes were not false. The Burning Legion truly possessed that power.

As Kairoz came to understand the Burning Legion's strength, the fear and doubt in his heart became harder to shake.

The Burning Legion's invasion of Azeroth had failed because the legacy left by the Pantheon protected Azeroth from intrusion.

Now that Kil'jaeden claimed the Pantheon had been destroyed, Kairoz's last hope was about to crumble.

"Look! The brightest golden light among the stars is the Pantheon. It is also where your creators ascended," Kil'jaeden explained, pointing toward the light in the eastern heavens.

Kairoz said nothing as he followed Kil'jaeden toward the portal to the Pantheon.

The Pantheon's sole teleportation point had been established in the World-Soul of Antorus, where Aggramar, the Titan of Destruction, stood guard.

Though the gods of the Pantheon had been destroyed, their souls would not dissipate, for they were beings of the highest dimension. As long as the Pantheon remained, the remnants of those Titans' souls had a chance to be reborn.

Controlling the World-Soul and preventing the Titans' remaining souls from entering the Pantheon had therefore become a necessary task.
