Arc 4The Dragon-Slaying Order

Lind helped overthrow Flower Country’s royal family, repelled a Marine assault on Oran Island, and launched a bounty campaign against the Celestial Dragons. He expanded his forces and developed new abilities, then turned his attention to taking Sky Island.

  • Lind helped Zhu Feng defeat Oden and become king of Flower Country, then departed with the royal treasury’s Devil Fruits and spoils from the campaign.
  • The Marines attacked Oran Island, where Lind and his allies fought Kong and the other Marine leaders until the World Government withdrew and the Marines retreated.
  • Rocks led escaped prisoners into Mary Geoise to attack the Celestial Dragons, but the Holy Knights drove the pirates back before Rocks escaped with the survivors.
  • Lind persuaded Rocks to announce bounties for Celestial Dragons, and Rayleigh killed Saint Charlos while Redfield and others carried out further killings.
  • Lind distributed twelve Devil Fruits to selected candidates and launched the Spark Project to train fighters, oppose slave traders, and recruit talent across the seas.
  • Lind developed new Six Powers techniques and mutated Raditz into a golden-haired fighter whose combat power had increased fivefold.
  • Lind discovered that a mutation could remove a pirate’s ability to sense his original Devil Fruit while granting seawater and seastone immunity, then let him gain a second fruit’s powers.
  • Lind ordered Liana to intensify the search for powerful Devil Fruits and decided to take Sky Island using his seagull transport teams and airship technology.
Chapters 77–102 Vol. 1 Read

Ch. 77Flower Country's past

Zhang Tong explained Flower Country’s history and Lind considered replacing its royal family with a ruler chosen from the navies. While investigating the Four Sacred Beasts, Lind discovered their fruits had repeatedly reincarnated in Flower Country and once devastated the World Government’s God's Knights.

  • Zhang Tong told Lind how Flower Country’s royal family had seized power, how the navies originated, and why the Eight Treasures Navy had left the country after Zhang Yang killed a prince.
  • Lind asked Zhang Tong if he wanted to become king, but Zhang Tong named Zhu Feng and Shi Kaiyuan as candidates instead.
  • Lind told Zhang Tong to ask both candidates what they would offer for his support, and planned to eliminate the royal family just before leaving Flower Country.
  • Lind spent two weeks exploring Flower Country and searching for information about the Four Sacred Beasts, then found ancient records in the Eight Treasures Navy’s library.
  • Lind learned that the Four Sacred Beasts’ fruits had continually reincarnated in Flower Country and that their former users had devastated the God's Knights before a World Government spy tricked a Black Tortoise Fruit user into leaving with the White Tiger Fruit.
  • Lind concluded that the previous White Tiger Fruit user had been deceived and decided a future Black Tortoise Fruit user would need a reliable deputy.

Ch. 78The Idea of Building a Training System

Lind collected Flower Country’s inherited teachings and planned to develop systematic training methods, but held back from releasing them until he was strong enough to withstand the World Government. After Rocks decided to withdraw from his campaign, Lind prepared to attack Flower Country’s royal family and seize its wealth.

  • Lind studied Flower Country’s traditional medicine and Taijutsu teachings, planning to refine his pirates’ training methods and create improved Six Powers and basic swordsmanship instruction.
  • Lind considered spreading comprehensive training methods to empower ordinary people, but decided to wait until he and his forces could withstand the World Government.
  • Lind learned that three of the five elders had left Mary Geoise to confront Rocks, and Rocks soon called to tell Lind that he was retreating and had ordered the other captains to withdraw.
  • Lind summoned his officers and the senior members of the Eight Treasures Navy and announced that they would attack Flower Country’s royal family that night.
  • Lind recalled the valuable Devil Fruits the First Treasure Navy had offered for the throne and anticipated seizing even greater reserves from Flower Country’s royal family.

Ch. 79Zhu Feng

Lind’s forces attacked the Flower Country’s royal palace, and Zhu Feng joined the battle with the First Treasure Navy. After Lind arranged for Zhu Feng to face Oden, Zhu Feng revealed his Vermilion Bird powers and began overpowering the former king, while Lind considered the Flower Country’s political future and the possibility of helping other strong kingdoms become independent.

  • Lind’s forces overwhelmed the Flower Country’s royal army, while Zhang Liang and Zhang Yang fought Oden and Zhang Tong battled Yakitori.
  • The First Treasure Navy entered the battle, and Lind focused his attention on Zhu Feng, whose strength seemed to have reached Admiral level.
  • Lind arranged for Zhang Liang and Zhang Yang to leave Oden to Zhu Feng, who offered to surrender the day’s spoils to Lind.
  • Oden tried to flee after Zhang Liang and Zhang Yang withdrew, but Zhu Feng transformed with the Vermilion Bird Fruit and intercepted him.
  • Zhu Feng gained the upper hand against the exhausted Oden, while Lind considered Zhu Feng’s prospects of ruling the Flower Country and the value of supporting powerful kingdoms seeking independence.

Ch. 80Matters settled in the Flower Country

After Zhu Feng defeated Oden and became the new king of the Flower Country, Lind congratulated him and negotiated closer ties between their territories. Lind agreed to train Zhu Ying in his Kunpeng Squad and prepared to return to Oran Island before the World Government could target him.

  • Lind's crew searched the Flower Country royal treasury, where Lind found a Rain-Rain Fruit, several Zoan fruits, and Wheat-Wheat and Rice-Rice Fruits.
  • Lind congratulated Zhu Feng on becoming king and gave him crates of liquor and weapons.
  • Zhu Feng proposed sending a trading caravan to Oran Island and asked Lind to train his son, Zhu Ying.
  • Lind agreed to take Zhu Ying into his Kunpeng Squad as a personal guard, with the possibility of becoming a deputy captain.
  • Lind and Zhu Feng discussed trade and the Flower Country's arrangements, then Lind prepared to leave before the World Government could move against him.

Ch. 81A staggering haul

Lind’s forces regrouped after devastating the West Blue, bringing home enormous treasure and 43 Devil Fruits. As the fleet returned to Oran Island, the Five Elders ordered the Navy to attack it first in retaliation.

  • Lind learned that his five subordinate fleets had destroyed twenty World Government Member States in two weeks.
  • Lind counted 43 Devil Fruits among the expedition’s spoils, including rare Logias, Zoans, and promising Paramecias.
  • Lind reunited with Shakky and promised her intelligence department a 1.5-billion-Beli bonus for helping cover the operation.
  • Lind’s fleet returned to Oran Island while the World Government assessed its losses and resolved to retaliate.
  • The Five Elders ordered the Navy to attack Oran Island after learning of Lind’s role in destroying affiliated nations and aiding the Flower Country rebellion.

Ch. 83Storm clouds gathered over Oran Island

Lind learned that the Marines were preparing to attack Oran Island and gathered allies to defend it. As the Marine fleet surrounded the island, battle was about to begin.

  • Zephyr warned Lind that the World Government had ordered the Marines to prepare an attack on Oran Island, and Lind told Axel to get ready.
  • Lind invited Whitebeard and the others to Oran Island, learned Roger was already nearby, and asked Axel to welcome the Roger Pirates.
  • Lind welcomed Roger and his crew, assigned Sif to guide them, and invited them to a banquet at Dragon Chen Garden.
  • Roger's crew, Shiki, Whitebeard, and Charlotte Linlin arrived over the following days, and Lind arranged for the Marines to come directly to Oran Island's waters.
  • The Marines surrounded Oran Island with an enormous fleet as alarms sounded and battle loomed.

Ch. 84The Battle Begins

Lind and his allies fought Kong’s Marine force on an island Shiki moved beside Oran Island to protect the banquet grounds. Lind unveiled his refined techniques and wounded Kong, but Kong rose from the crater and began tearing off his shirt, leaving Lind wary of what came next.

  • Lind assigned Whitebeard, Shiki, and Charlotte Linlin to face the Marines’ other powerhouses while Roger, Rayleigh, Gaban, and Lia stayed in reserve.
  • Lind confronted Kong at Oran Island, and Shiki set an island beside the Marine fleet as their battlefield.
  • Whitebeard fought Sengoku, Shiki fought Garp, and Charlotte Linlin fought Zephyr as the forces clashed across the island.
  • Tsuru pressured Allison, Liana, and the other female officers, while Bogard and Hailis gained the upper hand against Zhang Liang and Axel.
  • Lind struggled to penetrate Kong’s defenses, then used Telekinesis Armament, Secret Art: Free and Easy Wandering, and Kunpeng Unification to wound and knock him into a crater.
  • Kong emerged battered, admitted he had underestimated Lind, and tore off his shirt as he walked toward him.

Ch. 85One Arrival After Another

Lind and Kong fought while their forces clashed across Oran Island, until Red Tiger and Golden Wolf ambushed Shiki and Roger arrived to challenge them. The battle remained unresolved as Saturn appeared and asked where Rocks was.

  • Lind used Life Return: Steel Bones to fight Kong, but Kong's enhanced strength gradually forced him onto the defensive.
  • Zephyr held his own against Charlotte Linlin, while Garp pressured Shiki and Whitebeard gained a slight advantage over Sengoku.
  • Lind's forces overwhelmed the Marines' lower ranks, and pirates began gathering Marine prisoners for work on Oran Island.
  • Red Tiger and Golden Wolf attacked Shiki by surprise; Lind shielded him from part of the assault, but Shiki was badly injured.
  • Red Tiger confronted Lind, but Roger and the Roger Pirates charged in to face Red Tiger and Golden Wolf instead.
  • Saturn appeared among the Marines and asked where Rocks was.

Ch. 86Rocks, the ultimate jungle king

Rocks attacked Impel Down to recruit prisoners while the battle on Oran Island resumed after the Five Elders tried to withdraw. After reaching Impel Down’s sixth level, Rocks began gathering followers and considered a daring new plan.

  • Columbus asked Saint Warcury for more staff, but Warcury refused and told him to protect Impel Down.
  • Dagama warned Columbus that Rocks was attacking Impel Down, prompting the Five Elders to discuss how to respond while the battle on Oran Island continued.
  • Lind and his allies refused to let the Five Elders retreat, and both sides resumed fighting with their opponents divided among the battlefield.
  • Columbus and Dagama abandoned Impel Down and fled toward the Gate of Justice as Rocks fought his way to the sixth level.
  • Rocks spared prisoners who submitted, ordered his followers to deal with those who refused, and conceived a bold new plan.

Ch. 87The Wails of Mary Geoise

Rocks led escaped Impel Down prisoners through Kuld’s door into Mary Geoise, where they attacked the Celestial Dragons. Allen killed Saint Charlos as the city descended into chaos, until an enraged voice called out Rocks’s name.

  • Rocks rallied the escaped prisoners and forced them through Kuld’s door toward Mary Geoise.
  • The pirates poured into Mary Geoise and attacked the Celestial Dragons, while Cipher Pol agents tried to defend them.
  • Saint Charlos whipped a CP0 agent and confronted Allen, who knocked aside his bullet and overpowered him.
  • Allen killed Saint Charlos and looked forward to looting the Celestial Dragons’ wealth.
  • The pirates rampaged across Mary Geoise as an enraged voice thundered Rocks’s name above the city.

Ch. 88The Terrifying Holy Knights

Rocks and his crew raided Mary Geoise, fought the Holy Knights, and escaped with their spoils through Kuld’s doors, though they lost many of their new recruits. Imu ordered the Five Elders and Garling to eliminate Rocks, while Kong’s forces retreated from Oran Island as Lind’s side let them go.

  • Rocks and his crew fought Saint Garling, Saint Igus, and the Holy Knights, whose numbers and strength put the pirates at a disadvantage.
  • Rocks ordered Kuld to open an escape route, and the pirates withdrew in stages while the officers covered their retreat.
  • The Holy Knights killed many of Rocks’s new recruits, including half of them and one Admiral Candidate-level pirate, before Rocks and his remaining fighters escaped through several doors.
  • Rocks praised Kuld and Lind’s stamina-restoring potion, then ordered John to tally the captured Devil Fruits for distribution.
  • Imu reprimanded the Five Elders and ordered them and Garling to work with Saturn to eliminate Rocks.
  • On Oran Island, Lind mocked Kong after Saturn and the others abandoned the Marines, and Kong led a forced retreat while Lind’s side attacked the Marines covering it.

Ch. 89The curtain falls and the banquet begins (a transition chapter-as the title suggests, feel free to skip)

After the battle, Lind and his allies returned to Oran Island, where they celebrated Rocks’s attack on Mary Geoise with a massive banquet. Lind expanded the island’s coastline and began discussing a business proposition with Rayleigh, asking how he viewed the world after the battle.

  • Red Tiger and Golden Wolf escaped despite Lind, Kong, Garp, and the others helping pursue them.
  • Whitebeard, Lind, and Roger’s pirates praised Rocks for attacking Mary Geoise, while Rayleigh stopped one of Roger’s men from proposing a similar assault.
  • Lind announced a banquet, and Shiki used his Float-Float Fruit to merge the battle island with Oran Island’s coast.
  • Lind used telekinesis to clear a banquet space, and pirates, Oran Island residents, Whitebeard, Roger, and the others joined the festivities.
  • Lind approached Rayleigh with a business proposition and asked how he viewed the world after the battle; Rayleigh replied that he viewed it from his ship.

Ch. 90Dragon-Slaying Order!

Lind persuaded Rayleigh to consider a future arrangement, then devised the Dragon-Slaying Order to offer bounties for Celestial Dragons and undermine their status. Rocks approved the plan, and Lind prepared to travel to Hachinosu to discuss it with him.

  • Lind warned Rayleigh that the Roger Pirates would be caught between the Rocks Pirates and the World Government, and offered him money and a favor for helping with an upcoming plan.
  • After the banquet, Lind began drafting the Dragon-Slaying Order, which would pay pirates for killing Celestial Dragons and reward the first claimants with additional privileges.
  • Lind planned to have Rayleigh set an example by claiming the first bounty, followed by someone from his own side, and wrote a speech for Rocks to announce the order.
  • Lind called Rocks, explained the Dragon-Slaying Order, and said he would visit Hachinosu to discuss its details.
  • Rocks praised Lind and approved the plan, pleased that Lind would come to Hachinosu.

Ch. 91The Dragon-Slaying Order is issued!

Rocks publicly denounced the Celestial Dragons and announced the Dragon-Slaying Order, offering enormous bounties and inviting people to submit reports of their crimes. As the broadcast stirred reactions across the world, Lind moved on to the next stage of his plan by trying to recruit Rayleigh.

  • On Hachinosu, Morgans prepared Rocks for a speech and arranged for screens across the world to broadcast it.
  • Rocks condemned the Celestial Dragons and announced bounties for anyone who brought their heads to the Rocks Pirates.
  • Rocks invited people to send accounts of the Celestial Dragons’ atrocities to the World Economy News Paper for payment.
  • Pirates, marines, nobles, commoners, and slaves reacted to the speech, while World Government officials were enraged and the Rocks Pirates were caught off guard.
  • Lind called Rayleigh and offered intelligence and support if he joined the effort to claim the bounty.

Ch. 92The operation begins

Lind recruited Rayleigh to assassinate a Celestial Dragon, and Rayleigh agreed after Roger encouraged him. When Saint Charlos defied his confinement and arrived at an auction house in the Sabaody Archipelago, Lind, Rayleigh, and Kuld prepared to ambush him.

  • Lind asked Rayleigh to help kill a Celestial Dragon, and Roger persuaded Rayleigh to accept the job for a billion Beli.
  • Saint Charlos ignored his confinement order and traveled to the Sabaody Archipelago to attend an auction.
  • After learning Charlos had arrived, Lind went with Rayleigh and Kuld through Kuld's portal into the auction house's slave-holding area.
  • Lind considered rescuing the slaves and sending his officers to fight the slave trade as Charlos entered the auction house.
  • Lind urged Rayleigh to pass judgment on the Celestial Dragons as the assassination attempt began.

Ch. 93The beginning of chaos

After Rayleigh killed Saint Charlos, the Dragon-Slaying Order triggered a wave of attacks on Celestial Dragons across the world. Redfield killed Saint Clonia in the Goa Kingdom, while Lind and the World Economy News Paper helped turn the killings into a worldwide movement.

  • Rayleigh’s killing of Saint Charlos made him famous, and Lind’s newspaper publicized the attack across the seas.
  • Redfield reached the Goa Kingdom and overheard Saint Clonia and the nobles planning to separate commoners from the city.
  • Redfield killed Saint Clonia and the nobles in the room, then asked a red-haired young man to handle the aftermath and collect the bounty.
  • The World Economy News Paper reported several more Celestial Dragon killings, while Lind promised rewards and benefits to those who fulfilled the Dragon-Slaying Order.
  • Zhu Feng withdrew the Flower Country from the World Government and allied with Chang Fengxia, as Morgans celebrated the newspaper’s surge in readership.

Ch. 94Kuld in the crosshairs

Lind directed operations from Oran Island as the World Government focused on dealing with Kuld and Celestial Dragon security. He ordered his forces to keep Kuld alive, continue coordinated strikes against slave traders, and prepare to distribute newly acquired Devil Fruits to key officers.

  • Lind reflected on Robert's successful approach to Redfield and considered bringing Redfield to Oran University as a teacher.
  • Lind ordered Liana to monitor the Celestial Dragons and expand the Seventh Division's campaign against slave traders beyond the Oran Sea.
  • Lind told Liana to coordinate carefully with Shakky so the World Government would not connect every operation to them.
  • Liana reported that the World Government was concentrating on finding a way to deal with Kuld rather than focusing on the Dragon-Slaying Order.
  • Lind ordered his forces to keep Kuld alive, reasoning that his death could prompt the World Government to launch a full-scale attack on the Rocks Pirates before God Valley.
  • Lind asked Liana to gather the core officers for a meeting to decide how to distribute the newly acquired Devil Fruits.

Ch. 95Lind's grand gesture

Lind announced a plan to distribute powerful Devil Fruits among loyal and talented candidates on Oran Island, choosing recipients through recommendations and personal interviews. After Liana delivered a list of nominees, Lind began assessing them with Roger’s help.

  • Lind listed twelve powerful Devil Fruits for distribution and placed several mysterious Paramecias in the treasury for officers to claim.
  • Lind rejected open applications in favor of recommendations from officers and Mr. Alan, then asked them to submit candidates to Liana.
  • Liana delivered a list of one hundred candidates, including Kunpeng Squad members, officers, students, and department staff.
  • Lind interviewed candidates at Dragon Chen Garden about their backgrounds, beliefs, and views, while Roger sat beside him and listened.

Ch. 96The new generation

Lind and his secretaries finalized a list of twelve promising recruits to receive Devil Fruits, then let them choose their powers. Afterward, Lind invited them to train with the Kunpeng Squad and promised to coach them when he could.

  • Lind thanked Roger for helping with the interviews and gave him a black card offering the Roger Pirates free hotel stays and supermarket discounts.
  • Lind, Allison, and Liana reviewed the candidates and selected twelve, most of them from the Kunpeng Squad and Oran University.
  • Lind summoned the selected candidates to Dragon Chen Garden and had them choose Devil Fruits in ranked order, beginning with Feng Yan and the Griffin Fruit.
  • The twelve chose their Devil Fruits, including enhancement-focused Zoans for many Kunpeng Squad members and more finesse-oriented fruits for the Oran University students.
  • Lind encouraged the recruits to train at the Kunpeng Squad's grounds and promised to coach them as they learned their powers.

Ch. 97Oran Six Powers

After Oran Island entered a calm period, Lind guided his subordinates as they worked to develop ultimate techniques based on the Six Powers and Life Return. He proposed creating the Oran Six Powers, leaving the Seventh Division eager to begin refining and expanding their techniques.

  • Raditz swore to protect Lind, but Lind encouraged him and the others to focus on getting stronger and protecting Oran Island instead of becoming his bodyguards.
  • As clashes between the World Government and the Rocks Pirates dwindled, Lind had time to study the ultimate Six Powers techniques seen in recent battles.
  • Feng Yan demonstrated Life Return: Wind God, and Lind praised its strength while pointing out its heavy stamina cost and crude control.
  • Lind advised the officers to refine their Six Powers and study the Flower Country Taijutsu manuals before continuing to develop ultimate techniques.
  • Lind proposed creating a new foundation called the Oran Six Powers, and the Seventh Division enthusiastically agreed to pursue it.

Ch. 98Spark Project

Liana reported the Spark Project’s global deployment of officers, pirates, patrols, and Oran University students, and Lind approved the plan while directing further support and rotations. He planned to focus next on training and developing the Oran Six Powers, Basic Taijutsu, and Basic Swordsmanship as his forces spread out and grew discreetly.

  • Lind ended the Six Powers discussion and returned to his office, where Liana presented the Spark Project progress report.
  • Liana explained that teams of officers and pirates were assigned to seas around the world, with patrol teams targeting slave ships and seeking talented people and devil fruits.
  • Liana reported that fifteen fighters had entered Marine territory seeking opportunities to join, while Oran University’s first class of 623 students began three months of fieldwork.
  • Lind approved the deployments, ordered the Kunpeng Squad to support the teams, and arranged for mission members to rotate back to Oran Island after handing over their work.
  • Lind considered the Spark Project a way to gain combat experience, train future talent, and conceal his growing forces before Rocks died.

Ch. 99Life Return: Eight-Nine Arcane Skill

Lind distributed an improved Six Powers manual while planning new techniques and scientific programs for Oran University. He developed Life Return: Eight-Nine Arcane Skill, a method that let his cells train themselves and dramatically accelerated his physical growth.

  • Lind concluded that his research had not yet produced a fundamental improvement to the Six Powers, so he prepared to distribute Six Powers 2.0 with extensive annotations and supplementary material.
  • Lind planned to develop training and combat techniques based on Life Return and considered adding science majors to Oran University while recruiting scientists and students worldwide.
  • Lind used Telekinesis to observe how training affected his body and cells, then combined those findings into Life Return: Eight-Nine Arcane Skill.
  • Lind tested the technique at his private training grounds and used a Specialized Potion to recover, finding that the method rapidly increased his physical capabilities.

Ch. 100The knockoff budget monkey version of a Super Saiyan

Lind developed Life Return: True Dragon Tyrant Body and reviewed the Kunpeng Squad’s progress, then used his mutation ability on Raditz to create a powerful Super Saiyan-like transformation. The experiment greatly increased Raditz’s combat power, and Lind began investigating whether his Devil Fruit had fueled the mutation and might be reborn.

  • Lind tested Life Return: True Dragon Tyrant Body, which could double his strength and speed at full intensity and provide a smaller boost for prolonged battles.
  • Lind visited the Kunpeng Squad’s training grounds and saw that Feng Yan, Huli, and the others had developed improved ultimate techniques from his Six Powers 2.0 annotations.
  • Raditz’s golden aura inspired Lind to use a saved mutation opportunity to give him injury-based growth and a Super Saiyan-like transformation.
  • Lind mutated Raditz, and Raditz reported that his Devil Fruit ability had disappeared or merged into the new power.
  • Raditz transformed with golden hair and an aura, reporting that his combat power had increased fivefold and that he could fight ten untransformed versions of himself.
  • Lind suspected Raditz’s Devil Fruit had fueled the mutation and planned to test his vulnerability to seastone and seawater and search for a reborn Meganeuropsis Fruit.

Ch. 101Speculation about the Mutation Fruit

Lind theorized that his Mutation Fruit manipulated the fantasy energy behind Devil Fruit abilities and might even allow mutations to be inherited, raising concerns about his subordinates’ descendants. He then began testing whether his mutation ability could strip a Devil Fruit from a pirate, leaving the results unknown.

  • Lind concluded that Devil Fruit reincarnation might require an anchor of faith or manipulation of fantasy energy, though his ideas remained speculative.
  • Lind realized that mutations might be inherited and worried that mutated beastfolk could become reproductively isolated from ordinary humans.
  • Lind took Raditz back to the training grounds and planned to test whether his monthly mutation ability could remove another person’s Devil Fruit.
  • Lind considered using ordinary Zoan Fruits to replace early officers’ abilities, but decided to wait for stronger fruits and further research.
  • Lind went to the laboratory, where an officer brought in a powerful pirate for his Devil Fruit removal experiment.

Ch. 102A breakthrough in Devil Fruit extraction

Lind successfully combined a pirate’s Devil Fruit power with his mutation ability, letting the pirate keep that power while gaining a second Devil Fruit. The breakthrough led Lind to order a search for stronger fruits and decide to take control of Sky Island.

  • Lind used his mutation ability on a pirate, and the pirate lost his ability to sense his original Devil Fruit while gaining a stronger hybrid form immune to seawater and seastone.
  • Lind gave the pirate a Zoan Devil Fruit, and the pirate successfully gained its powers without losing his original ability.
  • Lind recognized that he had achieved a breakthrough in Devil Fruit extraction and considered whether publishing Dragon Ball might eventually create Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits.
  • Lind told Liana to intensify the search for powerful Devil Fruits and promised that she could replace her fruit.
  • Lind decided to take Sky Island, reasoning that his telekinetic seagull transport team and airship technology could support its occupation and development.
