Little Plushie was wearing an outfit clearly pieced together from several differently colored fabrics, noisily flying back and forth in midair and performing all sorts of difficult aerial maneuvers.
Although Klee Meow could achieve a similar flight effect by using the jets of flame from her Devil Fruit Ability, it still fell a little short of the Germa Raid Suit's flight function in terms of agility. The cats clearly preferred a more nimble way of moving.
Also, unlike Germa's oddly shaped shoes, Klee Meow wore a pair of jet-powered greaves. After all, Palicoes preferred using their own paw pads to wearing shoes. Even in the Monster Hunter world, most Palico equipment came without shoes.
