Ai Haibara Meow climbed onto Xie Wen's shoulder, grabbed his long-suffering ear, and tugged it this way and that.
Clearly, once she discovered that the trip had not been nearly as dangerous as expected, the Little Kitten immediately began resenting being left behind.

Although it was merely an excuse the tsundere kitten had come up with on the spot, she was not actually wrong. Sherry's toxins, Vermouth's ability to fly, and Jean's strength, which rivaled a Marine Vice Admiral's, could all have helped stop more enemies from escaping.

As Xie Wen agreed with her, he took out the various documents and viruses he had looted from Queen's research room.
