The newly arrived Ivankov first unleashed a flurry of winking attacks on the Marines and Cipher Pol agents, then rose onto his tiptoes and spun like a top over to Dragon. "Hee-haw! Dragon! We've rescued everyone! Are we still fighting?!"

Though Dragon said that, his feet remained firmly planted. Instead, he swung his arm, whipping up a storm that sent the enemies before him staggering.
Ivankov and the other officers did the same. None showed any intention of retreating, and all intensified their attacks against the World Government's forces, while the ordinary Revolutionary Army soldiers began withdrawing in an orderly fashion.
The officers did this not only to cover their weaker subordinates, but also because they had already agreed with Xie Wen that, before leaving, they would help Klee Meow make the bomb called "Little Girl," which had once defeated Kaido and damaged Uranus, bloom in full over Saint Mary Geoise!
Seeing Dragon and the others move, Xie Wen naturally caught their meaning. He hugged the enormous "Poké Ball" in front of him and hurled it toward the Okama giant with a Seismic Toss.
