After Rain Dinners exploded, Xie Wen and the cats confronted Crocodile, who learned that Nico Robin had joined their side and ordered Baroque Works to hunt them. Xie Wen pursued Crocodile toward the desert and teamed up with Klee Meow to unleash a huge flaming sword attack.

• Xie Wen and the cats rushed toward Rain Dinners, where Crocodile emerged from the wreckage in a sand tornado.
• Klee Meow greeted Crocodile as Gaara, and Nico Robin appeared with Xie Wen’s group, confirming Crocodile’s suspicion that she had betrayed him.
