The report did not say exactly what crime he had committed. It only said that he was vicious, had committed heinous acts, and was unworthy of remaining a Shichibukai!

Oh, right. Wasn't this almost the same as the article about him before? Still heinous crimes, still no clear account of what he had actually done, and still remarkably efficient.
