"You're back already?!"
The girl standing beside Roland let out an exclamation of surprise.
When Roland left Lilith's paradise and returned to Blue Dream Company's headquarters, the first to greet him was Othinus, who had been waiting for a long time.
The girl folded her arms, her silky hair, shining like gold, swaying slightly as she shook her head.
Perhaps because she had enjoyed a rare battle with her own kind, Othinus's youthful appearance still carried lingering excitement and an imposing air.
"Shokuhou told me you were busy with something very important, so I didn't come looking for you right away." A trace of dissatisfaction showed in Othinus's eyes. "I didn't expect you to finish so quickly."
"Did I worry you? Sorry, this matter took priority. I had to go there myself to confirm its functions and how well sealed it was."
Hearing the concern hidden in the girl's words, Roland chuckled and gently reached out to pat Othinus's head.
"Rather than apologizing here, you could keep stroking my head."
"Yes, yes."
Feeling the comfortable, massage-like pressure on her head and the warmth of his palm, Othinus looked as content as a kneading cat.
After losing herself in the sensation for quite some time, until even her fair cheeks had flushed slightly, she seemed to realize that this did not suit her usual divine image, and only then gave a light cough and raised her head.
Othinus's long eyelashes trembled slightly. Her emerald eyes were as clear as a lake, reflecting the enormous structure at the far end of the sky.
It was like a solitary star that shone brightly even in daylight.
"So, that thing in the sky is the so-called embryonic Little Garden?"
"Yes, that's the embryonic Little Garden."
Roland answered calmly, but his hand unconsciously stopped moving.
