Looking at the happy smile on that lovely face, Luo Shu pinched the bridge of his nose with a headache.
"Why has the conversation turned into a marriage proposal?"
"Because you said you wanted to form a relationship with me that was even closer than family."
Lacus Clyne covered her mouth and chuckled, then put her hands behind her back.
"Doesn't that count as a proposal?"
Lacus Clyne's face was full of curiosity.

Unable to refute her, Luo Shu merely stared at her with dead-fish eyes. After a long while, he finally sighed.
"I strongly suspect you're deliberately changing the subject."
At that, Lacus Clyne sighed. "You just had to turn dense at a time like this."
"He really has turned dense." Tokisaki Kurumi nodded with deep understanding.
Shouldn't he take the opportunity to propose at a time like this? Did this idiot understand her or not?
Tokisaki Kurumi suddenly felt she understood why Lacus Clyne had agreed to become part of Luo Shu's Familia in the "future" she had experienced. Most likely, she had taken it as a marriage proposal and agreed because of that, hadn't she?

Tokisaki Kurumi glanced at him but ignored him, turning to Lacus Clyne instead.
"You already understand the specifics, don't you?"
Lacus Clyne nodded gently at that. "Entering into a contract involving the soul led to my accidental death?"
"If the information you gave me is correct, then it might have been because of an accident."
Hearing that, Luo Shu immediately looked over in puzzlement. "You've thought of the reason?"
