Chen Ping raided the Holy Spirit Cult, strengthened Shrek through new allies, and formed a powerful artificial eighth Soul Ring as the Holy Spirit Cult and Sea God Family besieged Shrek City. Mu En emerged to protect Shrek, drove back the Sea God Family, and confronted Long Xiaoyao and Ye Xishui.

• Hai Ling trapped Chen Ping and Zhang Peng, but the Evil Emperor’s attack killed her and devastated the Evil Demon Forest while Chen Ping survived.
• Chen Ping traded Soul Bones for Zhang Peng’s brief cooperation, then sent his undead army to loot the Holy Spirit Cult’s treasury before returning to Shrek for secluded cultivation.
• The Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect moved to Shrek City, and Chen Ping revealed that its healing and support abilities could help Shrek confront the Limit Douluos threatening it.

Chen Ping entered the Divine Realm to gather Immortal Spirit Qi and uncovered Tang San’s scheme against the divine beasts. After returning to the mortal world, he reached Level 90 and confronted the Holy Spirit Cult in the Evil Demon Forest, where his first challenge ended with Wu Yun’s death.

• Mu En exposed Ye Xishui’s lies, but Long Xiaoyao sacrificed himself so she could escape, leaving Mu En unable to pursue her without risking the Golden Ancient Tree’s awakening.
• Chen Ping prepared to enter the Divine Realm for Immortal Spirit Qi, while Ye Xishui massacred Skystar City to heal her wounds.
• Chen Ping used probes to study the Divine Realm, entered through a Spatial Portal, and found that its abundant Immortal Spirit Qi accelerated his cultivation while time passed more than three hundred times faster.
• Chen Ping met the God of the Mire and freed him from Tang San’s false memories, then gave him evidence and a Black Dragon Reverse Scale before returning to Qiankun Asking Love Valley.
