After retrieving the Dragon Kings’ remains and warning Mu En, Chen Ping was assigned to infiltrate Rising Sun City and rescue abducted tournament participants.

• Tang San’s divine sense attacked the Auspicious Beast and tried to turn her into Tang Wutong, but Chen Ping, Electrolux, and the Snow Empress fought back while the Scarlet King was badly contaminated.
• Electrolux froze the Scarlet King to preserve him, and the Scarlet King chose to become Chen Ping’s Soul Spirit so Electrolux could capture Tang San’s divine sense.

• Chen Ping distributed immortal herbs to his companions, then led his team across the sea toward Rising Sun City while Shrek forces attacked the empire’s border defenses.
• Chen Ping entered Rising Sun City in disguise, killed the torturing Evil Soul Master Wu Yun, and learned from her memories that the captives were held in a water prison beneath the southern wall.

The Star Luo Empire then sacrificed Soul Douluos to breach the Mingdou Mountain defenses, leaving its Titled Douluos to press toward Ye Xishui and the Death God Tower.

• Chen Ping escaped with the rescued hostages, and Xu Tianran learned that Chen Ping had killed Sky Centipede Douluo and thwarted the hostage operation.
• The Three Great Empires named Chen Ping King Wu'an, while Chen Ping received prayers from his worshippers and discussed divine domains with Electrolux.
• After the Sun Moon Empire attacked the Star Luo Empire, Chen Ping warned that its real target was Heaven Dou, and the allied empires secretly prepared to defend Heaven Dou instead.
